De prijs-kwaliteitverhouding is matig, maar dat is een algemeen probleem in Parijs Kamer was erg warm; de lucht die met veel geruis uit een plafondrooster kwam leek het alleen maar erger te maken. Ventilatie was niet uit te schakelen.

De ruime in en uit-check tijden. De behulpzaamheid van het hotelpersoneel. Het bed sliep heerlijk.

De kwaliteit van de badkamer; gat in het douchescherm, dingen die niet goed werkten (of beter zouden kunnen werken); samenvattend dus eigenlijk het onderhoud van de facilitaire zaken.

Kamers zeer klein, oud, slecht onderhoud.

Veel te warm in het hotel (restaurant, receptie). Kamers ok. Ontzettend duur.

Prima wifi netwerk, goed ontbijt met vers fruit, verse broodjes en goede koffie Goede airconditioning Mogelijkheid om koffers bewaakt te stallen

Er was wel een bad in de badkamer maar de stop ervan functioneerde niet

Perfect location and really nicely designed and equipped room.

Rather poor breakfast, but thats typical in Paris I would say. Terribly dirty carpets in the corridors. Bad, strong chemical smell in the hotel. It was impossible to air the room (window was open all the night, impossible to sleep with closed windows). Room 401. Hotel is securing the charge by locking the amount on credit card. When I arrived, I had to pay anyway. In fact for 14 days it was paid twice and after those 14 days they released the credit card.

The staff were helpful and easy to communicate with.

Renovations at the hotel meant that it was incredibly noisy, we were not aware this would be happening prior to making our booking. We were woken up by loud banging 2 levels below us... Not a nice way to start your day. Ontop of this, we could clearly hear other guests all throughout the night whilst trying to sleep.

Good location, can walk to many attractions. Breakfast has lots of choices.

We took a nap in the afternoon but there was maintance work upstairs with loud sound that we couldnt sleep. besides,we found the price dropped drastically for later booking which was around 20euro cheaper than my booking price. also,we booked a airport shuttle via hotel but turned out we needed to wait for the driver to pick up other passengers in various hotels.. so we were stuck in paris centre for 45mins but still waiting for other passengers and we were almost late for our flight.

The stuff is very helpful, lovely and friendly. They changed my room for a bigger one.

Restaurant is poor. Lift is very small.

Within 10-15min walking distance from the busy shopping streets, near Printemps and Galleries Lafayette. Quiet and little hassle in the checking in and out of hotel. Staff were friendly enough. Rooms were clean and made up everyday with fresh towels.

Nothing much really. Based on previous comments about luggages stolen, we did not leave our luggages in the lobby upon our check-out. Indeed luggages were left in an open corner of the lobby(there were some movable dividers), not covered by any nettings or tied up.

When we arrived there they said we have not got room. So they did not give us room which we had reserved and we had to find another hotel. Avoid this hotel

The staff was exceptional,the included breakfast was excellent.We were in a newly renovated room that was fine.We were really pleased with the area.

No clothes hangers all week, only seating in the room is a single stool.

Location was excellent.

Central heating radiator not working. Hot water tap only ran warm. Not hot enough to take a shower. Did complain to the staff. They offered us another room but when we moved it had exactly the same problems. Very disapointing.

We really liked a friendly stuff who helped us to get tickets to moulin rouge' show. By the way, they speak Spanish. Nice breakfast should be noticed too. And the last one, the hotel have a really great location, you can get all the famous Paris's spots

The hairdryer is quite old and there were some problems with light

It's so well located. Near "Galeries Lafayette" mall, Opera and St-Lazare metro station, from where you can join mostly any point of the city in few minutes. The staff is friendly and trustable, nice people. The breakfast is correct and the hotel in general terms is so clean. If I return to Paris I will come back there. Very good price-quality ratio.

There has been a trouble with hot wather. During 2 days it didn't work corretly. Eventhough, we had a considerably discount in the price and the staff had really apologise. It could happen anywhere to anyone else.

Location

Rooms are too small, never go for x07 room and even x06 is bad and need reinnovation. Breakfast is very poor. Hot water is not working most of the time and in January you can't handle cold water

-The staff were quite friendly. Both Fred and Beatrice, as well as others were always there to help with any issues. - Rooms overlooking Rue D'Amsterdam are quite spacious and lovely. Fit two big bags + 2 adults quite comfortably. - Convenient location to everywhere. Both Saint Lazarre and Liege metro stations are a walking distance (less than 5 minutes). Hausmann and Galleries La Fayatte are about a 10 mins walking distance. Montmartre around 20 mins walking. All pretty close. - The room prices with respect to location is good.

- Cable tv is all in French except for bbc World Service (nothing major if you're not staying in the hotel much) - Saint Lazarre after midnight can be a bit unsafe, but no worries if you're just minding your own business. - One incident were some bags were stolen from the lobby (not mine).

The hotel was very pleasant with friendly staff and a good state of decor an cleanliness. The location was perfect for shopping and also convenient for the Metro and rer, which was perfect due to the rain we had. A good supply of eateries around the location, and a supermarket in te station made grabbing the occasional item cheap and easy. Breakfast was plentiful, throughout the 3 hour period, stocked with cereal, pastries, bread and cold meats and cheese along with hot sausage egg and bacon. I was very impressed with the hotel, and would definitely recommend it to others.

The lift occassionally developed a mind of its own, but other than that our stay was great. Th wonky other point I will raise is that we were informed by booking that payment would be taken prior to travel, but on arrival payment had not been taken and thus we had to pay on checkout. I normally thin my wallet down for these trips and restrict myself to a card with limited funds, in case of theft, thus this could have caught me out if I had not been able to transfer funds over the Internet.

Room was a bit musty / smell of breakfast cooking

The location is awesome(close to shopping streets). The room are small but clean. The reception staff is excellent.The breakfast was good, it would have great if there were some lettuce included. Overall its a good hotel.

The bath tub in my room was clogged but the next day when I told the reception, without any hesitation they changed my room. The house-keeping staff is very rude. They give the impression as if we are staying in their hotel for free.

Convenient location

The internet signal wasn't strong enough. Need to obtain a password for every 24 hours as a guest. Towels not thick enough. Amenities are sparse. No English channels on tv. There was bbc but no sound.

The best thing about the hotel is its location and room cleanliness.

We faced several problems with the facilities and staff of the hotel: 1-No internet connection: the internet was disconnected throughout the whole period of our stay and the hotel management and staff were very lukewarm about solving it and did not take any dramatic steps to solve a problem which is key. You do not want to be visiting a new city without any internet access especially when the hotel info on booking mentions there is free wifi. We were not able to make calls, or check destinations, addresses etc regarding places we were visiting and were completely disconnected which made the trip very difficult. 2. Very noisy neighbors: and the hotel staff were not helpful in asking them to make less noise at hours like 2 AM when we couldn't sleep. 3. Referred us to a terrible tours agency: they left us at the destinations in the middle of the tour and didn't send the bus to pick us up while they got the money for it in advance. The hotel was not helpful at all in getting us the refund from the agency they recommended in the first place! 4. No heater: and we complained every day but they did not fix it throughout the whole period of 6 days.

The main problem was the lack of wi fi..We stayed for nine days and these days were all prepaid..so we had no way out..The wi fi was out for six of the nine days.The staff kept saying that it would be back the next day?.There was a cafe near by so we would go there for breakfast and do our email in the morning and evening....We therefore had lots of extra expense with breakfasts and afternoon teas and drinks.....The room was small ,but normal for a three star around Paris..The bathroom has a sink plug that was broken and not fixed after a request,a broken light bulb and no shower curtain...It is dangerous to use the shower as ther is nothing to hold onto when you have finished and the floor is wet from the lack of a shower screen..A Major Health and safety issue.Other issues included not having a power outlet at a easy level..All outlets were at floor level and one was under a table,,So not friendly for computer and phone chargers..The breakfast was average with no eggs if you were a bit late..The scrambled eggs were watery as if made early and only once......The carpets were very stained both in the rooms and the common areas. Overall we were not happy with this hotel...The staff were very amateurish when it came to the management of the wi fi crisis...They kept saying that is was going to be fixed when it was not.....They did offer a ten percent discount off our account in lieu of wifi,but this was only made known to us two days before departure...The ten percent was a joke as the lack of wifi cost us dearly in other ways....This hotel needs a good shake up.....soon
