A basic hotel but with everything you need for a short stay in Clermon- Ferrand. The hotel staff were lovely and couldn't do enough to help when I had to stay a few extra days; finding me a room and putting me in touch with other english people as well as giving advice about the area. Very welcoming and would definately come back!

Chambre spacieuse et lumineuse. Personnel agréable. Sitation proche de la gare sans être sur une grande artère. Intérieur un peu fatigué, ayant besoin de travaux de renovation (qui d'ailleurs étaient en cours).

Accueil excellent, situation très centrale (gare, station de bus), lits confortables, personnel très aimable, prix intéressant. Bâtiment ancien et défraichi (tâches moquette, papier peint déchiré, fuites d'eau dans la salle de bains), pas d'ascenseur, un peu bruyant.

Très bon accueil ! Hôtel situé à côté de la gare ! Facilité à se garer ! Quelques suggestions : La télé avait une très mauvaise réception et trop petite ! Dans la salle de bain il serait souhaitable de mettre une cabine de douche le rideau reste succint !

Hôtel calme, bien situé, bon accueil même après 21h Relents de cigarette dans chambre non fumeur, j'avais demandé deux lits et j'ai dû dormir avec mon grand fils dans un lit double. Je me suis gratté toute la nuit, parce que les lieux sentaient le défraîchi, certainement un effet psychologique. Bref, expérience mitigée. Je suis déçu car l'hôtel affichait une récente rénovation que je n'ai pas perçue.

Aucune insonorisation (un couple s'est disputé pendant 2 heures à l'étage en dessous, nous avons participé en direct à la dispute) - Etat douteux (couloirs aux chambres déguelasses - chambres tout juste correctes, vieux mobilier, linge usé) - Proche délabrement - a ne pas conseiller même pour une nuit de passage.... Seul avantage proximité immédiate de la gare

Accueil très sympathique. Très bon rapport qualité/prix. C'était propre. La literie était confortable. La clientèle était discrète et la rue pas bruyante. Un petit bémol concernant un rideau de douche de fortune pas très clin ... Dans l'ensemble, je j'étais très satisfaite de mon choix car c'est difficile de trouver un hôtel correct dans cette gamme de prix
