Was just Ok nothing exceptional and restaurant did not really live up to its gourmand billing Hotel is on a severe hill, which for ill people visiting lourdes is a problem. My mother was in a wheelchair and getting to and from hotel was murder. Also I pointed that my mother was 82 and requested a convenient room but there were steps to negotuace due a change in landing level within the floor we were on and wheelchair could not fit into lift with user in it. |

It was so central, Staff friendly and cooperative especially with our lack of French. On arrival we were sent to a room that wa cold, the steel shutter was down and when opened we were looking at a cliff wall onlt 3/4 feet away. We went back to reception and they gladly changed us to a different room at the front of the hotel with a big bright window and alovely view. |

It was a traditional French top class hotel, not for the swinging crowd, well positioned and had a good size car park, which in Lourdes is a blessing French breakfasts |

Wij logeren jaarlijks in dit hotel,nu al voor de zesde keer. Het personeel kent ons en komt ons telkens weer hartelijk begroeten.Je kan zeer lekker eten in de brasserie van het hotel en dit voor een redelijke prijs. |

Sa position par rapport aux sites réligieux 1. Toutes les chambres "standard" ne sont pas accessibles par l'ascenseur. Il faut monter à l'étage, descendre, rémonter et rédescendre par des escaliers assez longues avant de rejoindre sa chambre. 2. tapisserie décollée, moquette consumée, nettoyage médiocre. |
