Location next to the train station was the best offered by the hotel. Staff do not seem to be enthusiastic and committed to the needs of guests. The staff does not seem interested in making any difference to your stay. There is no elevator and the rooms are located upstairs. Also, the breakfast is very poor.

Very welcoming, comfortable. Ideally placed for exploring the city. Does not have parking but is next to a multi storey car park, and there is parking on the street which works out cheaper if you are there on a weekend as it's free on a Sunday. Also right next to a metro station (which we didn't discover till nearly the end of our trip!) making it easy to get around. Reception staff very helpful at all times, and available 24 hours a day.

We were inconvenienced by a train strike on our last day in Lyon and had to leave 6 hours before we had planned. Fortunately the wonderful staff at the hotel arranged for us to leave our bags at another hotel in their chain at Chambery Challes whilst we waited. All this was at no extra cost and being luggage free made the wait bearable for us. Thank you.

The hotel was situated very close to the Perroche train and metro stations, which was good. Also, it was an easy walking distance from the centre. It is a cosy hotel with friendly people working there. The room I had (single room with a courtyard view) was very clean, bathroom and toilet separated) were spotless, no noice and the bed was excellent for my taste, so I enjoyed it very well. Overall, a very good hotel in the price range. No elevator. And prepare to carry the luggage yourselves, there was no help offered. I didn't ask for help though...

De manager was very kind with tips for walking, shopping and dining. We also had a parkingplace in front of the hotel which was convenient and safe (cabrio and luggage). We felt welcome.

Hotelet var ganska charmigt och ljudmiljön mycket god trots att det låg väldigt nära stor väg. Personalen trevlig och hjälpsam och städningen var utmärkt. Mycket bra alternativ för den lilla plånboken.

Hôtel bien situé, juste à côté de la gare de Lyon-Perrache, et facile d'accès. Relativement calme malgré sa situation. Un peu vieillot et cher pour un 2* somme toute assez simple.

Accueil assez froid tout en étant correct chambre présentant une forte odeur d'humidité confinée Petit déjeuner correct mais très ordinaire quant à la qualité des produits En résumé, correct mais très tiré à l'économie et ambiance plutôt froide... Comme le décor qui nécessite un relooking, le concept a besoin d'être renouvelé...

C'est un établissement accueillant qui propose des places de parc devant l'hôtel si vous avez de la chance. En face, se trouve une gare d'où vous pouvez vous rendre au centre de Lyon en quelques minutes (métro, tramway, etc)

L'accueil et le fait qu'il y ait une double porte entre la chambre et le couloir ce qui limite bien le bruit du couloir. Il n'y a pas de double vitrage et comme c'était une nuit très froide la chambre ne conservait pas toute sa chaleur.

La ubicación y silencio de la instalación a pesar de estar en zona de mucho tráfico. La atención del personal del hotel ha sido muy buena. El desayuno no estaba incluido en el precio.
