Friendly and helpful staff.Outstanding restaurant.Rooms were impeccable.

Helpful, friendly staff, good location near beach, centre & Nausicaa, pleasant room, comfortable bed, great shower, use of pool, sauna, hammam & jacuzzi included, lovely breakfast. We ate dinner in the Michelin starred restaurant - it was a wonderful meal and experience and well worth the price.

The hotel was too warm - we needed to have the air conditioning on in our room. We had a room with no view at all but this wasn't reflected in the price.

There were potentially severe problems travelling to the hotel from England because of train cancellations due to heavy snow in France. The hotel were very sympathetic and agreed not to charge us even if we had to cancel on the day of travel. Very comfortable rooms at reasonable price. Fine dining with excellent service

Friendly, helpful staff. Spacious rooms. Sufficient coat hangers. God central heating and well stocked fridge and "snacks" tray.

Lovely hotel. Immaculately kept. Our room was beautiful, had everything we needed and the bed was really comfortable. We had a fabulous meal in the restaurant.

The noise of the road at night, very noisy for sleeping. The meal was good but very pricey.

We have been to the restaurant many times and have always found the food and service excellent. This visit did not dissapoint with the addition of a celebratory dessert for our parent's 50th wedding anniversary. This is the first time we stayed at the hotel which we found to be comfortable with spacious rooms, good bathrooms, spa and parking facilities.

A little picky but the curtains in one of the rooms we had need to be a little wider and better fitted to shut out the light completely.

The welcome from the staff. The layout and quality of the room and bathroom. The location was very good, just on the out skirts of the main town. A five minute walk.

Parking could be a problem in the season. We managed to park in the road after help from the hotel staff.

I have stayed before, very disapointing the resturant was closed,but we new this before we booked.

Hair dryer did not work in room, had to get small inadiqurt one from reception.

Room nice a quiet good sleep

Bathroom no extractor it was so hot could not stand it for more than 5 mins reported but nothing done.

Everything. It is a wonderful place.

The bed was bit hard for my back.

Attentive and helpful staff - excellent food

Our fellow guests included a group of three english men staying on business whose behaviour was boorish, showing little regard for the polite culture of the hotel & restaurant - they made me ashamed to be their fellow countryman.

Ideal location for getting to channel tunnel in early morning. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

Over zealous use of air freshener in bedroom.

Everything the staff are so friendly and welcoming, the food is excellent, only thing I don't think you should have to pay to park at the hotel.

The staff were very freindly and helpful. The location is nice and very close to the beach. The attached Michellin starred restarant was spectacular.
