First the beds... Second the acoustics. You can hear the light switches from next door and above. If you are a light sleeper, you are doomed!

In a nutshell........... the Hotel is very well kept and is extremely clean and just nice to be in. I believe they are opening a restaurant in the future so that will be a plus as well. I would recommend this to anyone travelling through as we were. We came from the North Pole to the south of France ............. to find some warmth but it was almost as cold as some of the Northern towns we had been in. The room and hotel itself were a warm comfort. Good Hotel!

Stayed 2 nights. First night we had a room on first floor, without elevator. As we are walkinghandicapped they gave us a nice room on the groundfloor for the 2.nd night. Nice and calm place, easy to take a bus to Cannes.

only the breakfast was fair unprofessional staff. the room was cleaned even with the "do not disturb" sign on. hair on the pillow was found upon check-in.will never return to that hotel again!

The staff was lovely and very helpful. The room was lovely and the bathroom acceptable. Parking was a bit of a problem, since there was only limited space. The wireless interent was not usable and that was a clear disappointment. The owners let us use their pc, but even then, the speed of the internet was very slow. This needs to be fixed, parking really can't be fixed to to limited space --- a clear issue. Wireless Internet was unreliable, parking was too limited

Loved the breakfast, the pool, the fact that it had parking, that it as close to the beach (which has SAND!) It is not a fancy place, but it was comfortable and we enjoyed staying here.

Wonderful and friendly staff. Our room was always very clean and the continental breakfast was very nice each morning! Our view from our balcony was also quite nice, considering we were not located right on the beach; we could still see the ocean. I would definitely recommend this hotel to a friend!

I liked very much the fact that it was very closed to the sea side an relatively cheap for it's position. In addition from here you could reach Cannes in 10-15 minutes and Antibbes in 5. The breakfast can be considered fair considering the price and the variety of food to choose. I did not liked the loudness of the maids, especially when you are woke up at 8 in the morning on Saturday and Sunday. In addition the pictures on the website do not fully reflect the reality as the room is rather small with no balcony and the pool was really small.

Hotel is close to Cannes for exploring the Croisette and not far from Nice (25 min) for exploring there. We used as a base for exploring both I July. Room was somewhat sparse as far as services. Ac unit had no remote and the staff couldn't figure out how to turn it on until late in the day on our 2nd day (this was July). The rooms are small as well as the bathrooms but I guess you get what you pay for. Not much around the hotel so I recommend you have a car with you. The location is central for exploring the French riviera. We spent most of our days in Nice, Cannes and Monaco and used it only to sleep. It is great for that.

The front desk service was "par-excellence". They were able to answer all questions in a very professional manner. The staff was alert and responded quickly to any concerns. I am sure I will stay there again. For anyone relying on public transportation, it could be a "hit-or- miss" affair.

The hotel's team are very friendly and the continental breakfast is above average. The fresh daily baguettes are very soft and delicious. During spring/summer one can eat this outside, which is fantastic. The WIFI is also free and pretty reliable. The room can be noisy as the hotel is on the main road and there are a lot of scooters/motorbikes around. If you're a light sleeper, this could be a problem.
