Friendly staff. Helpful, close to beach, close to good take away shop and restaurants. Pool. Very good breakfast.

Pool surround slippery needed pressure wash.

In a nutshell........... the Hotel is very well kept and is extremely clean and just nice to be in. I believe they are opening a restaurant in the future so that will be a plus as well. I would recommend this to anyone travelling through as we were. We came from the North Pole to the south of France ............. to find some warmth but it was almost as cold as some of the Northern towns we had been in. The room and hotel itself were a warm comfort. Good Hotel!

Stayed 2 nights. First night we had a room on first floor, without elevator. As we are walkinghandicapped they gave us a nice room on the groundfloor for the 2.nd night. Nice and calm place, easy to take a bus to Cannes.

The staff was lovely and very helpful. The room was lovely and the bathroom acceptable. Parking was a bit of a problem, since there was only limited space. The wireless interent was not usable and that was a clear disappointment. The owners let us use their pc, but even then, the speed of the internet was very slow. This needs to be fixed, parking really can't be fixed to to limited space --- a clear issue.

Loved the breakfast, the pool, the fact that it had parking, that it as close to the beach (which has SAND!) It is not a fancy place, but it was comfortable and we enjoyed staying here.

Staff in reception is great and perfectly speaks english.

There is a terrible traffic between St Maxime and St Tropez (may take around one hour for one way) and vice versa. Thus do not prefer this hotel for St Tropez. Furniture in the room is at least 30 years old, the room and the bathroom looks very very dirty and outdated (though the super old furniture in the room is weirly interesting). Beds are extremely soft and uncomfortable. Not even half of the value for the money (EUR 108 for one night)

Wonderful and friendly staff. Our room was always very clean and the continental breakfast was very nice each morning! Our view from our balcony was also quite nice, considering we were not located right on the beach; we could still see the ocean. I would definitely recommend this hotel to a friend!

Hotel is close to Cannes for exploring the Croisette and not far from Nice (25 min) for exploring there. We used as a base for exploring both I July.

Room was somewhat sparse as far as services. Ac unit had no remote and the staff couldn't figure out how to turn it on until late in the day on our 2nd day (this was July). The rooms are small as well as the bathrooms but I guess you get what you pay for. Not much around the hotel so I recommend you have a car with you. The location is central for exploring the French riviera. We spent most of our days in Nice, Cannes and Monaco and used it only to sleep. It is great for that.

Perfect experience! The hotel staff was great, we felt like family there, atmosphere was very pleasent. Rooms were comfortable and renovated, everything was cleaned on a daily basis without disrupting our privacy. The breakfast was much more than you can expect, fresh and various. You have a swimming pool, free WIFI in the rooms, the hotel is really close to the beach, and to bus station if you want to go to Nice or Cannes. We will for sure again come back to this hotel!

The outside of the hotel looks old, maybe needs some painting and renovation to be like the rooms. But, it is not an unlike, rather just a suggestion. Everything was perfect, no complaints!

Very good in order to be close to Cannes during events without paying Cannes mad prices.
