extremely helpful and welcoming desk service. I had booked a 'superior' room which would be better decribed as 'adequate' - I suppose it's all relative. I didn't ask to see a less than superior room for comparison. |

Great location. The staff helped with everything including searching the internet for a specific type of restaurant for my wife and I to try. |

Ideal location for sight-seeing. On the corner of the wonderful Rue Cler and not far from the Eiffel Tower. Reception staff very helpful and friendly. Tea and coffee-making facilities in the room are a big plus. Tiny bathroom, strange to find the minibar in the bathroom. Shower could only be used by holding the shower head itself. The way the shower was fitted on the wall made it practically useless. Cramped breakfast room (only places for six people!). Very limited choice for breakfast. Hotel is ok for business trips but I would have been disappointed if it had been a base for a city break. Room was very expensive for what it is. I go to Paris often on business and have stayed in several different hotels, I have yet to find the ideal one. |

The service was excellent! We were treated like family, which is not a common experience in Paris. Nothing was a problem, and they went out of their way to be of assistance....and with perfect English! The room is small, but that is common to Paris and this was offset by the close proximity to the Eiffel Tower, Metro & Musee de L'amee |

The location was perfect, only 3 or 4 blocks to the Eiffel Tower. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and adequate. They were small by U.S. standards for the price, but were appropriate by Parisien standards. The ac went out in 2 of our 3 rooms for 2 of 3 nights. The staff came up at night, but was unable to fix the problem. For our inconvenience, they gave us 6 free continental breakfasts our last morning. Also, the elevator was very small. |

Good location near Eiffel Tower with friendly and helpful staff. Neighborhood quiet by Paris standards with Metro stop just steps from hotel. Try to stay on 2nd or 3rd floor as you can hear Metro until 12:30 PM and after 5:30 AM which runs below hotel. |

Staff where lovely, perfect for couples on a city break. Location was perfect - metro 2min away and 15min walk from eiffle tower. Lots of lovely cafe's near by. The room was nice however I feel that the best of the rooms are put on website so didn't quite live up to expectations. |

The staff at this little hotel is unbelievably nice and accomodating. They were always friendly and speak English well. They also would help with reccomendations and such. The hotel is located in a great neighborhood next to tons of great restaurants and shops. It is also very close to many of Paris' more popular sights. |

The staff personnel were most helpful and professional. I appreciated their attention to guests and their needs as much as they could help them. I stay in Paris often at different hotels. For the money the room quality was very poor. The shower head was broken and seemed it had been in that state for some time, I am used to small rooms and facilities but this room was way too uncomfortable, the toilet facilities were small and inconvenient, I could hear toilets flushing above and around me all night. Not a good experience. |

Very helpful front desk. The receptionists Tina and the boy (unfortunately I forgot his name) were friendly and pleasant in every think we ask for. The hotel is near the metro station and about 15 min walking from the Eiffel tower. Also near in walking distance from les Invalides and the Rodin museum. Good location. Rooms are very small, but this is common in Paris. |

The location of the hotel is excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful and free Wifi is a bonus. The room was fine but small - as is to be expected in Paris. The bed was not particularly comfortable. |

Staff was very helpfull and great. They let us lend the kitchen to make food for our baby and helped with all the questions we had. They were very friendly and big thanks for that! Location was excellent. Rooms are really small. Toilet was in the room practically without door or walls... |

This hotel is in the perfect location. The rooms are very small, but clean and it certainly served it's purpose. You are walking distance to several of the sites and literally a few steps away from the underground train system. The staff was excellent and will arrange reservations & make suggestions. My son and I came back to the room happy from our adventures though exhausted daily. Rooms are small though you are in Paris! There is nothing that I can complain about. I would suggest guest enjoy the bakery and cafes just around the corner on Rue Cler for breakfast before heading off for the day. Breakfast in the hotel is 12 euros/pp...nice but limited options. |

Location is good. 2 minutes away from the Metro (école militaire) and adjacent to a nice street (rue Cler) Free Wifi didn't work properly during the first day of my stay (they somehow managed to get it working during the 2nd day). Knowing that this was one of the main reasons why I chose the hotel (I was on business and had to spend some time in the hotel between meetings), I was very very disappointed. Also my double room was very small, even compared to Paris standards (but as I was alone, that wasn't a big problem). |
