The hotel is ideally located in Dinan and just a few minutes walk from the main town centre. The couple that run the hotel were lovely and they were very friendly and helpful. The husband spoke fluent English. The hotel is quaint with a veryFrench style. The room was quite basic, but it was clean and tidy and perfect for a weekend stay. |

The Proprietors were most welcoming and attentive. As a B & B only, the hotel was limited, but what they did, they did very well. Highly recommended. No tea/coffee facilities in bedroom. This would have been a bonus. |

The owners were very accommodating and let us check in 2 hours early. They also let us park our classic cars in their personal garage. They were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. The hotel is nicely furnished and the little gardens an added bonus. Our bed wasn't very comfortable but fine for a short stay |

The friendliness of the hotel staff and their ability to speak very good english. The breakfast was excellent and very good value for money. Ideally situated for access to the old town of Dinan and the river. |

Mark and Elwan, the owners of the hotel, were exceptional! They both spoke English very well and were so helpful with recommendations concerning our visit of Dinan and restaurants. The accommodations were very clean and charming. Most of all, Mark and Elwan made us feel very welcome. Highly recommend this hotel! |

everything was very good .the proprietors welcoming and very helpful.We appreciated the fact they both spoke very good English. the Hotel was excellent but your directions for finding it were useless and bore no relationship to the local map given to us by the owner .We had to phone him after following your web site directions .It was much simpler to go through the town .His web site is better he said. |

The location is not in the center of the city, however there remains the old traditonal street sceneary of the Stone Houses. We love it. The room made with stone is hard to warm up. Even if it was not used before stay, the heater should better get on in advance. |

Communications between owners and myself direct asking me for telephone numbers and eta. Owners very helpful with finding a pnice place to eat at night. Fairly noisy because of quiet streets below. Heard revellers coming back at 4am but understand tis cannot be helped and was only for 10 minutes or so. |

We were welcomed with my school boy french - and given a lot of encouragement and useful local information by the hosts. A realy good central point to stay if visiting Dinan - which we'd thoroughly recommend to any one! The room we had was a bit noisy at night as the street outrside is cobbled, but our hosts recognised that and apologised. |

Marc-Andre and his wife are wonderful hosts. The room was just fine since all we did was sleep there. Breakfast was perfect and the location for walking to fodd and exploring was wonderful. parking also was good except for one night when, after returning quite late, we found the lot full and had to park on the street half a block away. No problem really, though. A fine three night stay. |
