Hôtel de la Terrasse  

1) Broken bed and tables in rooms. 2) very compact room and toilet, you can barely move at room and toilet is so compact, that you can not even go inside the toilet. 3) no lift, you have to carry up your luggage through stairs. 4)dirty room carpets. 5) walls are reconstructed but not painted.

Good location, easy to find

Thank you staff of the hotel.)) All was well. We were all arranged. Good value for money. However if you update a little room would be all super. The hotel is perfect for those who are not going to sit in the room. Especially for young people is a great option. Very close to metro - traveled to the center for 10-15 minutes.

The Hotel was supposed to be being refurbed. We found it to be a building site. no floor coverings, bare wires etc. The rooms are so small the desk needed to be moved to open the bathroom door. I asked for a refund but the staff refused

The room was very small.

I suppose the only think I can say about the hotel is that it was right opposite the metro station which took 30-40 minutes to get to Charls de gaul the main metro station in the city. The room had just been cleaned and we met the cleaner leaving it. Only for the strong smell of bleach which made me think the room was clean I can honestly say I would have been leaving!

3 Friends and myself stayed ere for the weekend to nights Friday and Saturday. On entering the so called hotel it was like a building site cement, sand, stones everywhere. In our room the 3 windows were broken I had to get the man on reception to come up to fix them and he had to start replacing the window latches!! I wanted to run a mile.

BAD--Very,very,very small room,the bathroom very very very smal,THE light in the bathroom didnt work,there was no place to put your cloths.......outside a lot of noise,,,,,BAD part of paris.......

I like the location as it is at the end of Line 4 Metro, and you get the hotel by crossing the street. There are good shopping around, and just by walking you get to Montmartre (good place to be at night).

It is located on a neighborhood not good for families, as we saw big discussions on the street, hookers, and even a fight. You can listen whatever the next rooms is happening. And try to be in a good shape, as the hotel has no Lift, so you have to get your baggages yourself in a tiny stairs, pray you don't get a room in the 4th or 5th floor.

There is bad smell in the stairs and corridors They only give one towel for a couple and they do not change it daily

Friendly staff, however in a very bad neighbourhood. It was nevertheless a convenient location: close to public transport and railway station.

It's was every day cleaned, bedding and towel were changed every day too !

Very small single room , no elevator to 5-th floor ! Very narrow staircase and uncomfortable !!!
