Only the location can be acceptable as Opera' is enough near from hotel. The elevator didn't work during whole of my staying. As 2stars hotel, all the things might be accepted even if the services/cleanliness is very poor. |

The location was absolutely fabulous. The staff was very nice and friendly. The room wasn't as small as people complained about on the website, and to be quite frank, if you're complaining about your room size (which ours wasn't small at all on the fourth floor), then you're not doing what you should be doing in Paris -- sightseeing! The bed and bathroom was clean, that's all I needed! Some appliances in the room didn't work, but once again, we weren't in Paris to spend all our time in a room. The price for the room was brilliant for what we got in location. |

Rien Hotel doit être démoli. Prestations inacceptables : mauvaises odeurs; fenêtre déscellée impossible à fermer, ascenceur en panne, ...Une expérience à oublier au plus vite. |

la ubicacion es perfecta para conocer paris, esta en el centro pero en una calle tranquila llena de pequeños teatros y restaurantes el baño demasiado viejo, necesita una reforma. No hay ascensor |

L'hotel est tres-tres bien situe (au centre ville) dans un magnifique quartier a deux pas de l'Opera Garnier et des Grands Magasins. Les autres hotels dans cette rue ou a cote sont bien plus chers. La chambre etait spacieuse. Ce n'est pas un 2**, c'est un hotel une etoile (1*) ou meme moins. A mon arrivee les draps du lit etaient carrement sales avec une odeur desagreable, apparemment on les a pas change apres le client precedent de ma chambre !!! La salle de bain, la douche, le lavabo et les WC etaient aussi tres sales. Ainsi que tout dans cette chambre. |

nous avons été bien acceuilli je n'ai pas aimé surtout les meubles, la douche qui avai une mauvaise pression et les cheveux,les poils qui etaient sur les draps soit disant propre!!!!!! |

Su excelente ubicación hace que pueda llegar rápidamente a todos lados Que el ascensor no funcionaba correctamente y nos tocó el cuarto piso, Pero es de valorar que el personal del hotel subió por este ascensor las dos valijas de 20 kg. que lleváamos |

Podobała mi się lokalizacja, nie było żadnych problemów na miejcu,tz.pokóje czekały na nas,nie było żadnych niemiłych niespodzianek. Hotel po naszym pobycie miał być remontowany, to była typowa sytuacja przed remontem. |
