Most of the staff. The location. The breakfast . The room was so small that you could not move in it.The lady in the dining room could be much more polite. They collected all the towels, robs and soaps from the bathroom 2 hours before departure time.

I liked the situation of the hotel and the very nice decoration inside. The red color at the reception , the nice red sofas, and the red bar. In the whole hotel the decoration is neat and well finished and all the little details are elegant and smart. We were two for 5 days and 4 nights. I booked a double superior room. The room was too small for two persons. The space around the bed was rather limited. It was impossible to put the clothes for two persons in the wardrobe. The wardrobe was probably also too small for the clothes of one person. Our luggages took the remaining place on the floor of the room. The price per square meter is too expensive.

The staff was extraordinarily efficient, helpful and friendly. Over the four days we were there, I met no one who did not go out his his/her way to make our stay a great experience. In addition to the excellent personnel, the location of the hotel was convenient and accessible to excellent shopping, restaurants, and the Metro, and the interior design was lovely. Our room had black-out curtains, a comfortable mattress, and air conditioning that actually cooled the room. The rooms, albeit charming, are small. Access to the bath was through a door inches away from the bed, which made logistics challenging with two people. that having been said, I will stay there enthusiastically on my next trip to Paris.

It's just great!!!! The rooms are very pretty and the people are nice. The location is great for shopping and going out. It's small but good! You don't need a big room or loby... Normally I will never go to the same hotel twice, but i make a exception for this.

The staff was very helpful, I asked them about different places in the city and they gave great explanations ... Always with a smile. Also, the location is great. The hotel room (single room) was small and maybe a little bit basic, but since it was clean and the price was fair, it was worth it...

Comfortable rooms and excellent location, quiet Room was a bit dusty, cleaness can be improved. Upon coming back to the hotel at 2am, doors were locked and we had to wait 5-10 minutes for someone to open after ringing

Classic French interior but all new and clean. It may have four stars but in a standard single you still bang your shoulder on the wall when you walk round the bed. High spec bathroom fittings

Clean rooms, friendliness of staff, location to shopping, opera and tourist areas The hallways and rooms were very dark. Would have liked some more light as an option.

the manager was very helpful with all the indications I needed. although I put the 'do not disturb sign' ;the cleaning staff still entered the room at the indication of the reception lady. I presume this ,because I was asked the room no on my way out ,the next morning of my arrival.

The service at this lovely hotel is excellent. All the staff were extremely courteous and quietly attentive (5 star). The reception and bar area has a calm and relaxed feel. Bedroom was also lovely and the street was quiet at night so we slept well. The bedroom was smaller than we expected for the price and, when open, the small double doors to the bathroom are 10-15 cm from the side of the bed. However, the room was very nice and we liked the hotel so much it didn't bother us.

This is quite a small hotel but is well finished in its decor and furniture. The room we had was compacted and did the job. The hotel is well located for the main shops and the opera. I found it expensive for what it was but I guess it’s just Paris prices or it could have been increased as it was fashion week. It's a little expensive for just a room. Even though its centre Paris.

Small hotel in the heart of Paris. Cool bar/lobby downstairs also serves breakfasts. Rooms are nice and clean but very small and not good for longer stay (2 days max). Great choice for weekend trip to Paris or short business trips.

The individuality of the hotel. The decor was very nice and helped make the stay all the more special. Great location, as very close to the main RER A route at Auber (a few minutes walk away which was ideal when travelling with small amounts of luggage) and the Metro generally. Good shopping close by. The Classic room was a touch on the small side, the bar a touch on the expensive side. The Minibar had not been serviced when we arrived which lead to some embarressment when checking out.

Staff very kind and helpful, personal service. Delightfully decorated rooms and bar/lobby areas. Very quiet (well sound proofed). The room was perhaps a little small - but still perfectly formed. Wi-fi was erratic on first evening but the staff worked overtime to fix it quickly.

I have been in Paris more than twenty times for business and pleasure trips. This is the first time I felt that I am in a hotel hotel. Probably one of the most beatiful smallest design hotel. The service and the emplolees were great; worm and friendly which is difficult to find in France. Its not that I can recommend to someone, I will recommend to anybody I know. Thanks again for everything... Nothing...

“The hotel stuff was excellent. The design of the hotel was very nice completely different from every other hotel I have ever stayed in Paris. The Jojefin restaurant served really special cuisine. The room was very cosy and luxurius at the same time. I will chose to stay at this hotel again during my next visit in Paris. ” Eleftheria, Athens |
