The pleasant attitude of the staff. It was hot opened the window and got bitten to death by the mosquitoes. A mesh screen would help a lot!! |

The location of this hotel would be hard to for this price range The description the hotel gave about it's rooms was as usual for all hotels overly optamistic, the hotel and the rooms are tired and in need of refurbishment. |

The staff were partcularly friendly. The hotel has an excellent location right in the centre of Lille within walking distance of the central station. The rooms were rather small and had no air conditioning |

Nice room (no. 54) but located near sewage outlet - coudn't open window because of foul smell and mosquitoes galore! Also, the room also has a water drainage problem (water from bathroom leaks into main corridor due to ill-leveling of floor tiling; we reported that to the front desk but not much happened as hotel was fully booked). Besides that everything was hunky dory. :-D The sewage smell and the mosquitoes ... But we hope that that will be fixed soon. |

Hotel very central for shopping, restaurants and parking easy in nearby underground car park. Thought hotel overpriced, small room, although that was OK. Only 1 bath towel. Very poor breakfast on offer. Probably wouldn't stay again. |

The location was really good for visiting places in Lille. The continental breakfast was adequate and it was great to be anle to leave the cases at the hotel on the last day. |

very central My reservation did say Breakfast included in the promotion, that was very confuse, because I though Breakfast was free, and did mean breakfast was on the 20% discount promotion, so It should be more clear!! |

The location of the hotel was great for exploring Old Town Lille, but if you are spending time at the conference center - stay closer to the newer areas of town. It was about a 20 minute walk from here. The hotel was adequate in quality in terms of European hotels for this cost. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. They style of the rooms was relatively old. Though I did not stay in the basement level, two co-workers did and these rooms were poor - humid and smelly. One had to change rooms the sewer odor was so bad. Avoid the basement rooms. Though honestly I found many areas walking around Lille which smelled of sewer. |

The hotel staff was most pleasant, helpful, and warm in their greeting. The style of the hotel fit in with the area and was relaxing. The hotel was well situated for discovering the old town of Lille, and walking to all the sights in which we had interest. There were plenty of restaurants and all manner of shopping available. |

Excellent location. Reasonable price. Had a room in the basement (wasn't aware the hotel had a basement) which was very cold with no view. Breakfast was very basic. Below 3 star standard. |
