The hotel is generally good value, but the room we had was rather small and more appropriate as a single. However, overall a good, central hotel with very friendly staff and offering quite a good deal.

I travelled with friends (6 of us) and we all arrived at different times. The hotel staff were so friendly and accomodating, nothing was too much trouble. The bedrooms were perfect for this type of city hotel. You don't need anything more when you're out most of the time. Very clean throughout. Buffet breakfast was very good value for money also, with a wide choice. We will definitely be back and would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The central location On the back side is a terrace that belongs to a bar next to the hotel, which unfortunately is very noisy. Conversations are literally understandable!!

This was the wort hotel I have ever stayed in so far and I'm working for the international organization, so I really travel from time to time. To mention only a few points: 1. When I entered the room, there was a bug on the curtain, the shower door was broken, the room was very very small with a small bed (136Euro per night!!!) not like on the picture, the smell in the room was terrible; to have internet in the room I would have to pay additionaly 15 Euro per every 24hours. I paid for everything one night before, still I was stopped the next morning and the staff examined me if I paid or not.

Our room was close to the street and too noisy for my light sleeper wife. We informed the front desk and they changed our room with no problem. They were very friendly.

Bang in the centre of the old town of Leille with a wide range of restaurants and boutiques. 10 minute or so cab ride from Eurostar and walking distance to the excellent Museum with a stunning range of paintings. English speaking reception. Good breakfast arrangements.

location of hotel to old town. the fact that i could park my motobike ina secure place at the hotel. the lock on my door looked faulty from the start of my stay & eventually broke, meaning that i was locked out & had to gain entry via the balcony of another room

This was in a great location to the old part of Lille, with wonderful restaurants nearby, easy access to a car park and very quiet surroundings. The staff were excellent, very welcoming and happy to help.

I wouldn't recommend staying at this hotel as they rip you off - there is a small fridge located in your room with drinks inside. The drinks are not complementary, but no one tells you about this at the time and there is no price list. When I received my bill it turned out that the four drinks I had cost me more than 12 Euros - in British currency - that works out at almost nearly £2.70 per can of drink!! John

We hadden een luxe kamer geboekt. Net prachtig opgeknapt, alles was nieuw. Goed bed, goede lakens. Mooi , sfeervol. Het was een zolderkamer, niet echt ruim, geen makkelijke stoel of klein zitje. Geen aparte douche, je kon alleen zittend douchen in het bad omdat het bad onder de schuine wand stond. Geeft niet, maar we wisten het niet van te voren. Aan de straatzijde , dus veel verkeerslawaai. Dan is € 260,00 voor 2 nachten toch wat veel, vinden wij.

Prijs kwaliteit is goed in evenwicht. De ligging is uitstekend, midden in de de oude stad op een leuke locatie met parkeergarage op loopafstand. Kosten 15,- per 24 uur.Het personeel is vriendelijk, het ontbijt is goed. Er werd verbouwd tijdens ons verblijf en daar hebben we nagenoeg niets van gemerkt. Onze kamer op de bovenste etage was al opgeknapt en is smaakvol en met zorg ingericht en prima bedden. Er is een lift aanwezig voor de bovenste etages.Ondanks dat je midden in de stad zit voel je je veilig en de receptie is dag en nacht bemensd. Ondanks dat we geen overlast hebben ondervonden van het verbouwen van de kamers lijkt het me toch handig om hierover geinformeerd te worden. Dus als je gaat check dit dan even bij het hotel.
