Très bon accueil, personnel attentionné en permanence. Excellente situation géographique, à proximité de la vieille ville. Chambre très calme. Le gros plus de l'hôtel après une journée de promenade : aller plonger une tête dans sa piscine avec remous et sauna.

J'ai apprécié cet hôtel de bon confort, très bien tenu, avec chambres agréables et rénovées. L'accueil est très sympathique et la situation au centre ville, dans ma rue préférée d'Aurillac, très appréciable. Deux autres points forts: la piscine avec banc de massage et le sauna pour la détente, ainsi que la possibilité de garage gratuit sur réservation. Le point un peu négatif, c'est que l'établissement est sur plusieurs bâtiments qui ne sont pas reliés entre eux sans passer par l'extérieur (rue ou cours de l'hôtel). L'accès depuis la rue se fait en empruntant un passage extérieur très étroit et très long entre deux grands murs qui donnent une impression un peu glauque... On se demande où on est tombé mais cette impression se dissipe très vite.

A l'arrivée le personnel ns a très bien acceuilli, et ns a très bien suivi et conseillé pour la découverte de la région, les repas sont de bon rapport qualité prix. Très bon petit déj avec des confitures maisons, toutefois les quantités étaient un peu insuffisantes( café, lait; jus de fruits).

Bonne situation en centre ville, accueil très courtois du personnel,Restaurant très correct pour le prix et une soirée tranquille, Accès aux chambres un peu compliqué, La gestion des portes de sortie vers le restaurant et vers la rue est difficile et oblige à traverser des couloirs ou des salles qu'il faudrait améliorer. C'est un détail qui peut devenir important pour des clients qui bougent beaucoup ou avec de jeunes enfants.
