Aamiainen sisältyi hintaan. Metroasema lähellä. Pieniä elintarvikeliikkeitä ihan vieressä.

Siivouksessa käytettiin todella voimakkaan tuoksuisia aineita, niiden haju jäi omiin vaatteisiin. Kylpyhuoneen hana vuoti kastellen koko lattian. Huone oli tosi pieni ja siinä oli kokolattiamatto.

The lift was still broken, yet they said that it should be fixed on april. And there was no one to help us to go up with the baggage as they promised.

Location, metro access close, staff friendliness and helpfulness, breakfast.

Room too warm with perhaps unseasonal temperatures mid-April but cooling fan system not to be switched on till May!

The elevator was not working and this meant 3 flights of stairs with baby. No warning of this in advance. The staff were generally quite helpful however. Nice place to stay

- Location is very good. 3 minutes to metro station cadet line 7. - Staff were ok. Tried to help when possible. - Airport shuttle service available and was on time.

- Elevator was shut down for repairs for 6 weeks w/o informing before. I was on the 6th floor and had to climb up every day. Thankfully a staff helped me bring down the suitcases. - Hot water not available round the clock. - Breakfast spread is limited and same everyday.

No tea, coffee making facilities in the room

We liked a person named Ken on the reception. He was really nice a kind to us. But the rest of the staff was ok. We booked a queensize room (double bed) and it was really nice. Not the nicest view from our room, but it doesn't matter as long as the room was nice and comfy.

I had read reviews before I had travelled and they were very negative about the staff, however the member of staff who was working when I stayed there was extremeley helpful, in fact he went out of his way to be helpful, but I must reiterate that this member of staff was Chinese not French!

The French member of staff who was on duty the next day was a typical unfriendly, unhelpful, ignorant French person!! Maybe the French dont like the English and quite honestly I dont like the French but as a paying customer they should make much much more effort in being helpful and polite, after all, it's people like me who are paying their wages! The French Taxi drivers were also ignorant and unhelpful! All in all I was glad to get back on the Eurostar!

Room was clean and hotel is conveniently located for sights and public transport. also several restaurants nearby.

I have stayed here before and had the same experience - the reception staff are a bit charmless

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. particularly i would like to thank Mr. Mohammad Jamal, he went out of his way to help us and provide information about the city.

I would suggest that you upgrade your wireless service in the rooms, as the Internet went off every five minutes.

It was close to the Metro and walking distance to almost everything, if you dont mind an adventure. The hotel was quiet and comfy, however the staff especially the front dest can be more welcoming.

The front desk staff, even the cleaners and janitors were nicer

They charged for breakfast and we stayed 4 nite and we never have breakfast and we not breakfast eater they should have and option if u want r not cause we both pay 12 euro perday and never have it so I would like to have a refund back to my credith card they total of 96 euro wish for buttet what we never have

I like @ nite when we go out and return to they hotel they lock us out we have more than one hour wainting in they cold to go inside

very friendly and cooperative staff. very clean throughout. good breakfast service although selection was limited. excellent area to branch out to montmarte. the opera ,etc. I recommend it. cgo nyc

Good location in a quiet side street - handy to Gare du Nord, two Metro stations and some nice cafes.

Typical French service from the front desk staff - efficient, if not particularly welcoming or friendly.

I did not like the breakfast. It was everaday the same food.. I booked a single room, and they put me into a double room and charged me accordingly!!!

- Wifi worked and was fast - room clean and ok

- Staff was really unfriendly. Just to give you oneexample: they lied/pretended that wifi was not working just to not have to stand up, walk to the computer and print me the wifi code. I needed to ask 2-3 times before the guy would want to stand up to get me the code.

- Good stuff - Very quite room (windows were in garden with wall in front of you)

- Price should be less

The location is great, close to interesting Paris locations. The bedding was above average for this type of hotel and the rooms are large and the staff is friendly

The bathroom is dated and needs a face lifit.

The location is fairly central, with many of the major sites within walking distance and a metro within 200 metres. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and the rooms were good.

We moved from a room on the top floor because it was becoming simply too hot regardless of air conditioning. It seems the top floor does suffer from this during the Parisian summer - and to be fair, it was very hot outside for most of the week. The room we moved to was similar in all respects other than being able to maintain a comfortable temperature. I would recommend avoiding the top floor in summer (and possibly in winter).
