Very nice (because recently refurbished) hotel in the 17th arrond. of Paris at a fair price. Rooms are small but ok, and bathroom is very clean. The AC unit cannot be heard (something that some 5star hotels do not manage).The hotel is in close proximity to a Metro station, and the metro line takes you in a few mins to the centre of Paris. No mini-bar, although a bar was available at the reception level, but sometimes you don't want to leave the room to get something to drink. I guess you could have called room-service here as well. |

That it was in the residential area - very quaint and full of character. The staff were also very helpful. In one of the rooms, the air conditioning did not work well - it was very weak. |

The original and artistic design of the hotel (especially the bedroom) All immaculately clean... Staff extremely cordial. Breakfast could include hot dishes for the price asked. Enjoyed our stay |

This is a comfortable, clean hotel and only a short walk from the Metro and a number of restaurants. Two requests for additional pillows in the room but they never arrived. Not impressed with that. Previous guests remarked about the excellent English spoken by the staff but this is not the case. I know it's a foreign country so can accept that, but people shouldn't exaggerate in their comments. |

We liked the location of the hotel. Also we were lucky to get a good deal to stay the 4 nights thank you. Not easy to fing . we needed to know the closest metro to your hotel. |

Very friendly staff. Lovely breakfast.Easy access to Paris city centre. First impression is smell of detergent.Perhaps I entered the room just after cleaning. |

the only disadvantage is the size of the room, but it is the fact of Paris I think. the staff was very helpfull, the rooms are clean, the breakfast was fine and the location is perfect. |

I liked the room which was clean and nice designed, the bed was comfortable and breakfast was rich and delicious.The staff was very kind and useful. The hotel is placed in a quiet and good place ,close to the metro station . I would recommend to change the towels at least after three days,but not changing them six days.... |

Very helpful staff. Comfortable, convenient for the city and transport. Much quieter area than expected. The breakfast tarrif was very high,so we made alternative arrangements. |

Very nice staff and good service open 24h. Clean and comfortable room though a bit narrow bathroom. I like the fact that it was a small hotel, feels more personal. Nice design in the lobby. Very narrow space in the bathroom, toilet not well situated. |

The place is quiet and in one of the top Paris' districts. Nothing to say. Completely renovated. Quite cosy and friendly. Convinient as very close to public transport. |

Price & Location is very good. However, the lift is super small. The brand new condition after renovation is still there, meaning the smell of paint is still there. |

Great location in quiet neighborhood and at 200 meters from the next RER/metro station (Pereire). Courteous staff. Rooms small but clean, also clean bathroom and shower. Good value at discount rates. Elevator is not for the claustrophobic, was out of order one evening. |
