Muy buena la atencion de todo el personal con el cual tuve que interactuar, muy buen precio para la calidad.la ubicacion tambien me parecio buena.

me parece que el aire acondicionado no funcionaba, pero esto no fue tan importante por que no habia demasiado calor, si en el caso de temperaturas msa altas, yo fui en junio que todavia no hacia mucho calor.

La proximidad a la estación de Metro y rer. Confort de las habitaciones.

El ascensor es muy pequeño, si subes las maletas no caben las personas.

Very clean and updated. Staff was very helpful and professional. Spoke English.

The Hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Eric went out of his way to help us get around the city and made us feel very comfortable and welcome.

The breakfast was overpriced and not up to my typical standards. I would recommend taking breakfast at restaurants nearby.

The location is very good and hotel is very comfortable.

Lift is very small barely fit two people and lugage, but at least it worked.

I liked the staff, the presentation of the hotel, the comfort of the beds, the willingness of the staff to help me whenever I needed anything. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience & would stay again. I was also very pleased that the decor seemed fresh & new.

I thought the breakfasts were too expensive by far & therefore did not use this facility. We stayed for 2 weeks so a fridge might have been nice but we managed. The rooms were on the small side with nowhere to put unpacked suitcases & a very small wardrobe.

I particularly liked the location good walking distance to greeat sites and close to good transport hub. I also liked that it was nonsmoking

I did not like the twin beds - would have preferred a double bed or larger instead of two twins.

The guest service agents were amazing! So helpful with all of our questions - The gentleman who works the desk during the day was wonderful and helped me to find a pharmacy on a Sunday when they're all usually closed. The price was great for downtown Paris, breakfast was amazing and worth the cost (rare in Paris) and the room was clean and comfortable!... We couldn't have asked for more!
