Booking.com's map was terrible. I'm glad I used a taxi and not the maps.

Location - 20mins to Arc de Triomphe, near Metro station. Room is fairly good. Friendly staff and friendly welcome

The small elevator but during our stay, not many people, so there was no congestion problem

Best hotel during our trip. Nice stylish interior. Bathroom with bathtab (small but comfy) clean and shiny. Free WIFI and. Breakfast was fresh.

The hotel is tweenty minutes from arc de teromiph and five minutes from the nearest under groud station so it was an easy to go to arc de walking or to under ground to go to effil tower or to under ground then train to go to euro diesny, staff are very helpful and always smile and ready to answer any question the location of hotel is very quite and safe also WIFI was very good

The room is very very small which make the movement inside it very very diffculut also the elvator is very very small

The location was perfect for us as we wanted to stay near our friends who live in the area. Also, the hotel was nice and quiet and we had a good view from the bedroom window.

The lift is quite small so if there were more than 2 people you'd have to wait.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable, the building was very charming and it's location was perfect for me.

We stayed for 4 nights and the hotel was beautiful. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was a little far out but there were plenty of restaurants and shops near by. The centre of Paris was a 30 minute walk away and easy to get to. Overall the hotel was brilliant.

It was clean and comfortable.

Bathroom was so small, you had to step into bedroom to dry yourself......Also,we unfortunately had noisy guests on room above us and ruined our nights sleep.

The very nice girl at the front desk almost helped us with everything.The location of the hotel was excellent. The quiet neighborhood let us enjoy our stay.There was a metro station close-by and we could also walk to the most tourist spots as they were not so far.the rooms were clean and beautifully designed although they were not big enough.The free internet was amazing.

The small breakfast room and the very simple breakfast made us have our breakfasts outside the hotel.The most annoying thing about the hotel was the elevator, it was too small, only one person with a suitcase! And no slippers!!

The decoration, the bed, the interior design

The staff service can be improved. They are not that polite, and all that helpful. I have come down the front desk to asked for Tea bags on the second night, which they forgot to supplement the one I used up the first day. And they said there will only be one pair of tea bags available for each stay, in our case it will be 3 days with only one tea bags for each person. That sound odd. And they asked to charge the extra, that sound even more strange, how much will it cost for tea bags? It not wise for any hotel sabotage their service just for tea bag. I hope this is just one unique case and not representing a general service attitude.

Reception staff spoke good English and were knowledgable. The room was modern and comfortable. It was close to The Metro.

The lift was very small and the stairs very steep!

The staffs were very polite and helpful, the hotel was quite clean and quiet. it was a good hotel just to sleep not to spend a time in there. not too far from metro station. it was only 20 minutes walk to champs elysse street

The hotel room was very small and the lift was scary the area of the lift was 50 Cm by 90 Cm and when lifting it was shaking. actually nothing happened but was scarring. The bathroom shower was broken and we couldn't take a shower.

Had stayed before and knew it was located within easy access to areas we wanted to visit.

Very nice place, romantic and the staff is very friendly. even if we stayed in Paris for business, the hotel gav e us the possibility to live a romantic holiday too. We strongly suggest it.
