Prisvärt, nära till kommunikationer, utmärkt service i receptionen, ok frukost. Små utrymmen, lakan byttes ej. |

Trevlig personal som hjälpte till i alla lägen. Trots att de fått fel information av er på booking.com angående vårt rum kunde de hjälpa till och fixa ett sånt rum som vi hade bokat. Nej. Det var lite litet men det fungerade bra. Dock tycker jag att denna enkät inte speglar alternativ som passar mig. Den kommer alltså att bli lite missvisande. |

The hotel staff was extremely friendly, and spoke wonderful english. They recommended restaraunts, helped us with directions, and exceeded our expectations. I also liked the location, in a great residential area - near many nice restaraunts and within walking distance to the Arc de Triomphe. The rooms were very nice, as were the bathrooms - and the beds were very comfortable. I would definitely stay there again. |

Excellent service, lovely staff who allowed me the chance to practice my very out of date French, close to a lovely restaurant, off the beaten track enough to be quiet but close enough for a healthy walk to all tourist locations. RER/Metro at the end of the street. A real Parisian hotel. |

It is a very clean and comfortable hotel, and nicely decorated. I would have preferred a hotel a little more central but otherwise, no complaints. |

It is a good, convenient location, surprisingly quiet room ambience, clean, nice lobby, good friendly staff. The room size is too small. There is a bath, it's rediculously short, not enough space to rest on the toilet bowl (sorry for details). |

very friendly and helpful staff.short walking distance to metro and good variety of restaurents. unable to get taxi to take us from the bus terminal.journey too short?difficult to find on foot.a warning and perhaps a map on the web site would help. |

All staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly.The recption and bar area were small but perfectly formed! Breakfast was slightly disappointing and over-priced. Good and inexpensive cafe just two minutes away though. |

The Hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Eric went out of his way to help us get around the city and made us feel very comfortable and welcome. The breakfast was overpriced and not up to my typical standards. I would recommend taking breakfast at restaurants nearby. |

The location is very good and hotel is very comfortable. Lift is very small barely fit two people and lugage, but at least it worked. |

The room was nice but very small. Hotel personnel is polite and friendly. Paris has a great underground/train transportation network. Hotel is 3 minutes walking from the RER/metro station. Elegant city. Expensive too. Hotel's rooms are small. The elevator is a quarter of the smallest I've ever seen. Two people with luggage won't fit into. The room maid sometimes opens the door 1 second after she knocks. To be on the safe side, use the "Do not disturb" sign ! |

I liked the staff, the presentation of the hotel, the comfort of the beds, the willingness of the staff to help me whenever I needed anything. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience & would stay again. I was also very pleased that the decor seemed fresh & new. I thought the breakfasts were too expensive by far & therefore did not use this facility. We stayed for 2 weeks so a fridge might have been nice but we managed. The rooms were on the small side with nowhere to put unpacked suitcases & a very small wardrobe. |

I particularly liked the location good walking distance to greeat sites and close to good transport hub. I also liked that it was nonsmoking I did not like the twin beds - would have preferred a double bed or larger instead of two twins. |

The guest service agents were amazing! So helpful with all of our questions - The gentleman who works the desk during the day was wonderful and helped me to find a pharmacy on a Sunday when they're all usually closed. The price was great for downtown Paris, breakfast was amazing and worth the cost (rare in Paris) and the room was clean and comfortable!... We couldn't have asked for more! nothing - all great! |
