Extremely well designed hotel with lovely light and excellent rooms. We were upgraded to a suite. The beds are huge, first class comfort, staff very friendly. We did not eat in the restaurant but had a light meal in the bar overlooking the park. A small gripe but the pillows could be of better quality.

Very clean rooms, friendly staff and excellent food and wine served for dinner. Service in the bar was slow (staff not always available) during the evening, certain items of the breakfast buffet ran out and were slow to be replenished.

Hotel tres agreable avec un personnel attentif , à l 'ecoute ,charmant. Les chambres sont tres spacieuses lumineuses et la literie confortable .nous avons eu la chance d etre surclasse et je vous en remercie ainsi nous avons pu profiter de la vue sur le jardin et d un balcon ce qui est tres appreciable. Le spa et la piscine n' etait pas tres chaude !

Excellent accueil, confort et propreté de la chambre ainsi que la salle de bain. Personnel disponible et très serviable. Nous ne sommes pas restés assez longtemps (1 nuit) pour profiter su spa.

- Einrichtung des Zimmers - Badezimmer (Wanne und extra Dusche) - separate Toilette - Inhalt Minibar Nach einer anstrengenden Anreise sind wir erst gegen Mitternacht angekommen. Um 0.02 Uhr wollten wir noch etwas aufs Zimmer bestellen. Die Bestellung wurde nicht mehr entgegen genommen, mit den Hinweis, dass Bestellungen aufs Zimmer nur bis Mitternacht möglich wären.

J'ai été très étonnée à l'arrivée de constater qu'il n'y avait pas de réservation effectuée pour mon séjour. Heureusement, l'hôtel avait une chambre de disponible.Je souhaiterais avoir une explication sur ce dysfonctionnement. Merci
