Location is excellent, within 5 min walking from Gare du Nord. I guess the prices were acceptable given hat Paris is super expensive. Rooms were small, neat and simple No coffee/tea making facilities in room, breakfast not included in room rate |

Everything you need it to be really, simple as. Clean, comfortable and breakfast room great, in the cellar, really atmospheric. Fantatsic location for Gare du Nord, easy to get anywhere from here too. Pricing ok for overnight but wouldn't like to pay those prices for a week stay. |

The hotel was located close to the train station (Gare du Nord & Gare d L'Est.) The rooms were clean, comfortable and serviced everyday. The showers were small and didn't drain at all. The water turned off at least 3 times while showering due to lack of drainage. The breakfast was decent but the coffee was horrible. The immediate area was a bit shady, walking to the hotel late night was a bit weird. |

Good service, good staff, good breakfast. Location was pretty good, too. The bathroom was very clean even though the building itself was pretty old. |

Finally a hotel in Paris with a real shower! And air conditioning, too. Both rare finds. The location is also very convenient to the Gare du Nord as well as to a few different Métro lines and the RER for getting around town. Cleanliness was not up to par (in particular, the spotted bedspread - yuck!). But the bathroom was spic-and-span - no complaints there. Room was rather small, but in Paris for this price, what can you expect? |

Location - close to MontMartre and to Subway. Interesting design - we really liked our room. Friendly staff who spoke good English. Free parking in the area (if you're lucky to find a spot). No airco in the restaurant; if there are many people at the same time it gets hot and humid. The lobby in the hotel is so so. No mini bar in the rooms, but there is Coke vending maschine on the ground floor. Only one elevator (for three persons at max) is not really convenient. |
