Quiet room, despite being on the first floor on the street. Nice big bathroom, very comfortable bed. Couldn't hear any other guests except when passing in the corridor. Would recommend. Good staff in the reception. Service/personnel in the breakfast room has a lot to wish for. The breakfast buffet in itself is not bad for a French hotel, but interest/efficiency from the staff is lacking. |

The only advantage to stay at this hotel is the location near the train station . The area during night is not that safe , a homeless man entered the hotel and caused a disturbance scaring the hotel guests. Breakfast is standard continental. The room was really small and had strong perfume odor. The bathroom is also small and i could barely move in the shower and there was no place to hold the soap. The hotel only has 1 tiny old elevator and could barley move my luggage through the hallways which is also small so i would stay away from this hotel if you're carrying big luggage. |

location was good.Hotel still being renovated but room and bathroom renovated and comfortable and quiet due to good insulation. Attitude of a receptionist when i requested a tea as the machine had been broken for 3 days.Happy that when I mentioned it on checking out the head receptionist apologised and gave me a small discount. My basin was blocked during our stay and the radiator in the bathroom didnt work |

Location is excellent, within 5 min walking from Gare du Nord. I guess the prices were acceptable given hat Paris is super expensive. Rooms were small, neat and simple No coffee/tea making facilities in room, breakfast not included in room rate |
