staff was not that helpful
The friendliness of the staff and cleanliness of the hotel as well as its location. Use of internet which was really helpful.
The shower cubicle was too small for manoeuvering or comfort.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Good size room
Very clean hotel, quite and polite staff
Breakfast was overpriced
Great rooms and good general facilities. Perfect location, really close to all of the train conextions and many eating options but far from the noise of the more touristy areas.
The hotel was painting the halways on every floor during our stay and the staff made NO effort to make our stay more comfortable in spite of the many different requests we presented them with.
I had fun with my girl from the uk. We were shooting pool downstairs.
The pool and gentle workers
Location Service Meal Value
I was woken up an hour before the nominated time
very friendly staff entrance on a side street, you can ask to have a quiet room to have a quiet sleep the room is small but clean and comfortable. the beds are quite comfortable as well
connection to the city: to get to the hotel you have to possibilities: Get off at gare du Nord: very busy area full with junkies, poor homeless and drugged people...to be avoid in the evening Get off to poissonniere: in the night the street from metro stop to hotel is empty and knowing the area it may be not so secure to walk back in the night.
Proximity to the Train Station
Renovations underway at the time. Smelled of paint throughout the rooms and was constant building noise
Location. Staff was friendly and the room was small but clean.
Wifi didn't work. It was very noisy. Earplugs were provided :)
Chose it for proximity to Gard Du Nord & easy transfer to Eurostar Friendly, staff, good amenities Internet.Breakfast facility.excelent.Enjoyed my stay & would recommend to others.
Fire Alarm went off early but nice to know it worked well.False alarm.
Very clean room; staff were helpful; Good facilities
The room and elevator were so small.
Breakfast with nice variety Helpful and friendly morning staff
Fire alarm in the morning with evacuation -> false alarm One of the night shift staff was very unfriendly, rude and not helpful at all
Good staff, nice room (small but well appointed) and location walking distance to Paris Nord railway station.
Rooms on street side noisy if windows open (good soundproofing though). Breakfast room lacked ambience.
I wont lie. I stayed at this hotel for very cheap. It was crazy. I have sinced tried to book again and wouldnt pay the $500 for what it was is. As a broad man....the shower was small. Tiny actually. I have the bumps and fading bruises to prove it. However despite the renovations, this was a charming hotel that was functional. The breakfast was minimal, but then I paid about the same for alot less. So it was probably Ok. Great location if your going on the train.
The Shower. Hard to find so do your homework ( although that could be just Paris)
Very clean hotel that within walkable distance to Gare Du Nord station. Friendly and helpful staff . Will certainly recommend to friends!
Wifi working good, clean room, nice staff
Little noisy, could hear your neightbours in next room and corridors, corridors little worn down
Central location, 5 min walk to eurostar. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and modern rooms. Cleaned every day. Good wifi connection.
Fire alarm went off around 8.30am both mornings. Only 1 English language tv channel.
Value for money hotel. Good location; 5minute walk from Gare du Nord.
System of receiving second wifi code; have to go to the reception to receive the code.
Wi Fi didn't work in room. No coffee making facilities in room.
We especially appreciated the friendly and helpful reception and service provided by your multi-lingual front desk staff. Cleaning staff also friendly and good. The Nespresso machine in the lobby is a great idea as was also the layout of the lobby (good for visiting with friends) and the locked luggage space. Far less good was the internet in the rooms; too much time lost and frustration trying to connect there, but pretty good in the lobby. The room decor was OK, but the lack of any drawers or shelves anywhere was a big minus. The small black boxes that served as night tables proved difficult; no place to put my glasses, watch, wallet, phone, hearing aids, etc. We did not eat breakfast in the hotel, generally preferring a wonderful patisserie nearby. However on the last day when we considered joining our friends who did eat there, we were overwhelmed by the noise and the very unpleasant heat in the one small room that was being used (while the other remained vacant). So we chose the patisserie again. All in all, though, we enjoyed our stay with you. Gene and Caroline Foley Sent from my Gene's iPad.

Very helpful staff. Good sized room for Paris, with an excellent bathroom. Hot drink making facilities in the room.
Great hotel close to Gard de Nord. Staff superb especially Thomas and I will use it for a base for all business trips to Paris.
ear plugs by the bed, but when the window was closed; not a sound from outside. Nice location in a smaller road. comfy bed, typical small Paris room All in all a good deal for the price
no wi fi in room; bathroom totally cluttered and cramped; no fan in bathroom so mould+
Staff very helpful. Spoke multiple languages. It's only 5 minutes walk from the Gare du Nord which we used a lot so really handy from that point of view. Supermarkets and bakers nearby and a nice Italian just up the road. Had a free American pool table which was really nice.
Our room didn't have a coffee machine which may bother some people. Compared with rest of Paris I thought the value for money was good but compared to other cities not so great.
