location, staff, room size and bed was comfortable

very narrow corridors and slow lift. But that is not bad..

Fairly close to main stations and metro. Reasonably quiet at night for city hotel. Well placed for visiting all Paris attractions. Breakfast good and all general facilities of hotel ok.

Bathroom congested with evidence of mould round window and radiator. Could improve curtains to ensure they covered the windows and cut out strong light from nearby road lights.

The shower in my room was not working so I could not take a shower !!!!!!!!! I had to take the train to London at 0730hrs without having been able to shower !!!!!!!!

No iron table Alarm went on at 8:30am Breakfast underground with limited products

bad service and facilities, did provided bed sheet even requested,checked out and live to the other hotel the 2nd day

Very clean and modernly decorated. Good sized room and well equiped bathroom. Walking distance to Gare du Norde. Great discount offered on room rate so value was great.

One way streets make driving to location difficult but easy to walk from train station.

location is best...nice colorful rooms..

The facilities are excellent.

Air conditioner is rather noisy and disturbing during the night. Switching it off makes temperature in the room drop quickly. Photos do not match the reality. It was advertised as if a special emphasis was made on the design... In reality you find scratched walls that cry for refurbishment.

Location near Eurostar Train Station

When we came late at night we were a bit scared of the location because its in a small dark street which is 5 minutes wallk from the station. Elevator is only for 1 person with luggage. The corridor to the rooms is hardly 2' ft. The wall colors are too dark. The light inside the room is irritating red lamp.

I can only describe this hotel has pretty bad. I have never been to a hotel with no hot water and the staff knew they had a problem but still check me in after I paid.

The bathroom is well furnished.

I booked a double bed but gave me two single beds.

The staff were extremely helpful.

The room was tired in decoration with dampness on the bathroom ceiling and tiling was loose.

Nice rennovated rooms, big bathrooms with showers, nice brakfast.

Rennovation works still active, neighborhood not so nice between two big railway stations.. Anyway we didn't feel unsafe!

Good location next to Gare du Nord, good bed, clean.

Room was clean, room service was good, daily cleaned, environment was not loud (small street)

room door did not close tough. There was a gap remaining which let light and sound pass through. Thin walls between rooms enabled me to hear the neighbours.

Peace and tranquility for a person of my age ie in his/her sixties

No eating facilities and bar other than the breakfast

Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Room was a generous size for three people, breakfast good, shower fantastic, it was clean and comfortable. Overall a very welcoming place.

The hotel is near Gare du Nord - excellent for travel from Amsterdam but the area is a bit seedy, especially in the evening, not uncommon near large stations. It didnt bother me, but it did worry my eldest daughter.

Great staff service, good sized room (for a big city such as Paris), Very short walk from Gare du Nord (Metro & Trains), Great Bistro 2 streets away!

Nothing I was looking for that it didn't have!
