Location is very good, convenient in terms of metro and train. No air conditioning, pretty hot in summer. One of the Staff's nice, given me a fan, another one is reluctant to give me a receipt. Room's small, but clean. Hotel is very old, desperately need re-decoration. |

Great location, close to several metro stations; all facilities are at place; elevator is small but working; staff is ok; safety box can be rented for 4e; Rooms are small (which is typical for Paris) and rather shabby (which is ok for that money). Room doors doesn't look promissing from the point of security. |

Staff was very helpful. Room was bright and quiet. Free internet was real added value. The hotel needs to be refurbished. |

Nothing Everything in the room is the cheapest it can possibly get. The shower gel and shampoo is so terrible that you can't even open it with your hands. The shower does not work well, the toliet bow is a piece of crappy plastic, the lobby and some rooms are smelly, it's not sound proof at all. I've seen better hostels than this. |

Awesome hotel, bang in the middle of Paris near Repblique Metro station easily accessible to Paris Nord. Helpful hotel manager, quick to organise taxis and give directions to major site seeing places. No visible housekeeping staff. I had to carry my own luggage up three floors. |

We were able to get a cot for a member of the family that decided to join us for a few days. The evening staff was also very nice and helpful. |

Hotel staff was friendly and helpfull. Place is very close to underground station and close to city center and major places of interest. Rooms and furniture are very small, old-looking and need renovation. Every sound in the house can be heard everywhere, no sound isolation at all. Furniture needs some better cleaning, 'cause is was in dust. |

The location was very good with a metro just 2 minutes walk away (Jacques-Bonsergent). Very good boulangerie next to the hotel. Also supermarkets nearby (great Monoprix near Place de la Republique on Rue Du Temple) plus two G20 supermaches nearby (one opposite/across the metro). Staff was very good and friendly. Room was clean. Area very quiet. Great value for money considering the location. |

Sometimes no hot water especially in the morning. (I was told to run water 5 or 10 minutes to get hot water) Maybe some bugs, I have itchy skin. |

The central location was key, the bedrooms were well heated, bathroom was clean Walls were extremely thin, could hear neighbours easily. Decor was a bit old fashioned. |

The nice location of the hotel. The staff was pretty helpful. As a whole price/location/quality of the hotel was in balance. Room was pretty cold during the stay. Although the room was non smoking room, quite strong smell of tobacco was notable. |
