Receptionist was helpful and provided us with a map to find the city centre (15 min walk). Good sized bathroom in the superior room. Although we booked a superior room, we had a small bedroom with very narrow twin beds. |

Very helpful staff for directions, etc in English. Excellent quiet location just out of the city center. Large suite room would be suitable for family of four (sharing double beds) |

The rooms were nice and decent size; staff was helpful. The location is not terrible, but it is a 15 minute walk to the city center and a 30 minute walk to the train station. |

The staff were extremely friendly and catered for our needs more than adequately. The hotel isn't plush but is very clean and the room that we stayed in provided ample space for our family of 5. It's well situated and only takes 5 minutes to get back on the motorway so provides the perfect stop-off for a holiday to the South of France. The hotel also offered excellent facilities for babies including cot, bottle warming and highchair. |

The proximity of the hotel to the centre of Dijon and the setting of the hotel. Free internet access and free parking. Small size of the room and especially the separate toilet. Needing to request towels on 2 occasions - once when we arrived as there was only one towel and once when towels were removed from the bathroom and not replaced. No tea and coffee making facilities in the room. |

The personall at the hotel speaks english. The breakfast was quite good. They have a WI-FI net. The Hotel is situated at a nice and quiet street just outside town center. Dijon is a nice city to spend a couple of days. The park in opposite direction of the town is very nice, especially for jogging. |

Helpful staff, good location for city centre restaurants etc. Spacious bathroom. Lack of directions before arrival on actual entry to hotel. The access for car or motorcycle is actually on a small road behind the hotel .. OK once you knew. |

It was just a short walk to the historic sites downtown. English was spoken. Arrangements were made for us to get our key during the time the office was closed. The wifi signal in our room was really weak, so internet was as convenient as we'd expected. |
