Helpful staff, good location for city centre restaurants etc. Spacious bathroom. Lack of directions before arrival on actual entry to hotel. The access for car or motorcycle is actually on a small road behind the hotel .. OK once you knew. |

Quiet surroundings, free parking and internet, and not too far from the central city. Casino Supermarket and laundromat are conveniently close by. |

The hotel looks good from the outside in a nice area & the staff are very helpful & multilingual . Breakfast ok & decent tea. Awkward to access the hotel for parking, it needs some signage, rooms are reasonably comfortable but jaded. a long walk from any resteraunts |

It was just a short walk to the historic sites downtown. English was spoken. Arrangements were made for us to get our key during the time the office was closed. The wifi signal in our room was really weak, so internet was as convenient as we'd expected. |

Secure car park. Good breakfast coffee. Bathrooms. Small beds, broken lamp, burn hole in chair, room smelled like an old ash tray, had to move. Bizarre decor, bleak breakfast room. This was once a splendid house and a road not dissimilar to the Avenue Des Grand Armees in Paris. |

free parking, free wifi, easy access to town (15 minutes walking). It's a beautiful house-like hotel. Hotel staff are super helpful and speak very good English. Grocery store "Giant" is 2 blocks away, very convenient. |

the entrance by car to the hotel is from Longevic St., then an alley which ends right in front of the hotel. It is a good 20-25 minute walk to the nearest "restaurant" area. The hotel is in a quiet area and very pleasant |
