The car parking was great, and the hotel evening staff were particularly helpful with solving a GPS issue! The hotel is dated and tired and could do with an up-date.

This hotel has excellent private parking and is in a good location for the city, only 10 minute walk to the shops and bars The room was very small, the bathroom was adequate but the toilet was seperate to the bathroom and was what I can only describe as in the wardorbe! Tiny and very uncomfortable.

The hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel was a short walk from the town centre which was very pretty. We had an en suite shower room which was small and a separate en suite W.C. which was tiny.

Very good location Very very basic and very tired looking, very small room, small bathroom facility and toilet very very small in all quite a claustrophobic atmosphere. The one night was enough. The breakfast was adequate. We didn't realise there was no restaurant, so after a full day travelling, we had to go out and find a restaurant to have our evening meal. Also very hard to find.

Convenient but quiet location. Reasonable price compared to other hotels in Dijon. The hotel is clean but needs a facelift, the decor is dated and the rooms aren't very soundproof. The bathroom arrangement was a bit odd, the toilet was in a separate *tiny* room straight off the bedroom with barely enough room to bend to sit down. The room was ok but I'm not sure what was "Superior" about it!

Lovely and quiet setting on grand tree-lined avenue. Secure parking on site. Pleasant and accommodating staff. Free wi-fi a bonus at this price point. Accommodation and decor very dated but fundamentally clean. Bathroom in particular could do with an upgrade.

Location for centre of Dijon ok. We booked a 'superior double room' - I would not like to see the inferior one!! The hotel was filthy, dingy and unwelcoming. Electrics were dodgy and I wouldn't leave my dog or cat there. Windowsills filthy dirty with dust and dead insects. Hotel smelled dirty and looked dirty. Room dingy and small with lumpy pillows. Electrics in bathroom kept flickering and there was a damp patch on ceiling where they had a leak at some point. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Location on charming boulevard convenient for city centre. This was a disgrace. Historic villa badly and shoddily converted into a dark rabbit-warren of corridors (two older people got lost finding the way out as signage was missing). All in poor repair, badly furnished (saggy old furniture in lobby and bedroom furniture plastic-covered, edges badly scarred, and with cigarette-burns) and not clean. Pervasive smell of old dogs and dust, carpets stained, linens frayed and faded. Bathroom (shower/washbasin) tiny so I couldn't turn in it or shut the concertina door, the only light switch was so high up my wife coudn't reach it, the shower was black with mould to waist height and there was a big patch of black fungus on the ceiling. Separate toilet unventilated. Of three lamps in the room only one had a working bulb. Garden attractively laid out originally but unkempt. Even at discount rate this was bad value. We did not take breakfast - glad to escape! Appeared to be run by only one person (so reception closed for long periods) though he was polite and dealt with us efficiently on check-in, but we couldn't find anyone to ask for light-bulbs, extra pilllow etc. Should not be in booking.com's portfolio. Absentee staff and overall quality make this a potential health-and-safety risk.

Alors... This Hotel is very tired. It needs a makeover. However, the staff were very helpful and courteous.Thankyou. However, they need to inform every prospective visitor ahead of their stay about the location of the entrance to the parking, which is difficult to find. There are some unsafe electricals in the appartement. I think the safety inspector would undoubtedly condem. Rom could be improved by careful selection of basic improvements like curtains to block the street lights at night. Euros13 for coffee and cornflakes...too much. Suggest advertize "light breakfast" and "full breakfast"...and charge accordingly. Thankyou for the opportunity to comment. Thankyou to the staff. Rupert Moran .

The hotel has obviously seen better days, but we found it had an old fashioned charm and was perfectly comfortable. The staff were very helpful, we were travelling by bycycle and they provided secure storage for them, and were happy to fill our water bottles when we left. Bedroom walls rather thin, could hear noise of next rooms plumbing. Luckily they weren't up late at night.

The hotel staff were terrific. Parking was available onsite and secure, a big plus. There was a lift to our floor which was greatly appreciated by me the bag carrier. It was a hot outside but the open windows cooled the room during the evening. The room had all the basics and for the price more than met our needs. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to city center, albeit a good walk. We opted to drive and pay for parking. Overall, the hotel is a great value, clean and comfortable.

“Absolutely amazing hotel!! The lady at Reception was very kind, the hotel was close to the centre of town and very close to the train station so was ideally located, the room was quirky and stylish and the facilities were outstanding for a 2* hotel. My husband and I will definitely be returning there on our next trip to Dijon :)” Anastasia, Eastbourne |
