The staff was helpful. I liked the option of being able to pre-pay for in-room breakfast and have it delivered every morning. The rooms were incredibly small. The hotel did not have any adapters for plugging in electronics. They may also want to consider offering umbrellas to guests since it rained almost the entire time we were there. |

Hotel is in very good location opposite a park and 10 mins walk from several metros. Easy walk to Pompidou Centre, Picasso Museum and Artes et Metiere. Lots of cafes and small boutiques nearby. Decor pleasant and room well equiped. This is a nice hotel but there were maintenance issues. The safe and the air-conditioning were both non functioning in my room so when I complained, staff moved me to another room where the toilet seat was broken and loose. The lift did not work for 2 of the 5 days I was there. |

Centrally located in the wonderfully buzzing Marais district, great boutique shopping especially on Sunday, adjacent to a huge selection of great bars and restaurants and wonderful strolls between Pompidou and Nothre Dame. Very small rooms |

Very friendly and helpful staff. We had a free upgrade to the executive room and they are massive rooms with the biggest bed you've ever seen. Very nice bathrooms with shower and bath. We had a street facing room and the noise was no problem at all. All in all an excellent hotel and would def stay there again. My only complaint would be the size of the towels they are tiny, so if your on the larger size I would take your own |

The location was very good. The room, although smaller than we expected was fine, especially the bathroom facilities. The staff was helpful with incidentals and directions. The housekeeping was fair, because we found a soiled towel in the sink on our return from the day out, after the room had been cleaned. And the bed linens were not completely clean. They also did not leave coffee in the room as promised and I had to ask for it at the desk each evening. |

très bien placé il vaut mieux demander une chambre sur l'arrière. Les chambres en façade sont très bruyantes. Très mauvaise insonorisation interieure aussi. |
