Perfect location. The room was clean.

Manager Eric was super friendly with great English and very helpful.

First room I got on second floor was very noisy and dark. They happily changed this for me to a third floor room which was much quieter and lighter.

Great value for money. great location. a lot of cafes,bars and restaurants in the area. a 5 minute walk from multiple metro stations. about 7 minute walk to Pompidu Center and hotel De Ville. The room was nicely designed, Clean, the bed was comfortable, nice shower. Friendly and helpful staff

It took some time for the air conditioner to heat the room properly, as it was freezing outside but got warm eventually.

The hotel was centrally located in the bustling district of Le Marias! It was close to everything and a short 5-10 min walk to the metro. The staff were friendly and English speaking and the hotel had a lift.

The acoustics - you could practically heard everything from the hallway and the rooms next door.

No "Do not disturb" sign on the doors so when you sleep in the morrning, theyre knocking on your door shouting "Service, Service "

Poor breakfast for 12 euros it was a rip off and they made sure very little food available! In bfast area tv blaring out! Said mini bar but none .

The manager was very nice and apologetic (very rare in Paris). The location was good with easy, walking access to Notra Dame and the Jazz quarter.

Value for money. The room was tiny (and that was after I complained and got upgraded - the first room they offered us had a 140cm bed (we are not small people). The upgraded room had a 160cm bed but it occupied the whole room. The shower temperature was tempramental (either weak power with hot water or a bit better power with luke warm water). We paid €180 for the night (new years eve) and do not feel that we got anywhere near the level of quality you would expect (but then this was Paris, which constantly overcharges and always under-delivers!!!!)

Although the room was small, the features were quaint. The bed was so comfortable even though it was 2 beds put together. The room was exceptionally clean, and cleaned for a 2 day stay. The towels were so soft! And the shower was lovely! Really enjoyed it. Staff were pleasant and helpful. And although on the main road, was really quiet, surprisingly! Great location in the Marais, next to the best cafes, bars and restaurants!

It was on the small side, but didn't effect our enjoyment.

Room and bathroom were spacious and very well equipped. Our top floor corner suite included a separate shower and jacuzzi bath with built in speakers and aux-in audio jack plug!, twin wardrobes, very large double bed, views of the city from 3 windows, wonderful old wooden beams, sound system, tv, dvd player and fridge - really nice for a 18th century building in old town Paris.

€12 each for breakfast in an internal room with no outlook.

Had a great room looking out on the corner to teh gardens, friendly hotel staff, and clean honest rooms. For me the area is the best thing about this hotel as it is away from the normal touristy areas and is really a little gem, as it is so close to the local Cafes and little bars.

Not the hotels fault, but roadworks outside. Although from in the hotel the noise was minimal. Maybe offer a parking discount on Rue de Temple to guests?

Staff were friendly and helpful, their English was good, which was very nice on our first days in France, and the location was perfect.

Old stuff, not clean room

The location was not far from the metro, beside friendly cafes, across the road from a lovely park, near a fabulous cheese shop & food market which also sold specialist olive oils and a supermarket. Nearby were some good restaurants, loads of jewellery shops. Helpful desk staff spoke English and knew their stuff. The room was kept spotless & was cool. Ours was a 4th floor corner room with dual aspect -interesting street scenes. We were there a week and we felt safe in the area.

We didn't try the hotel breakfast because it was available more cheaply at the cafes outside the hotel.

I had reserved a twin room because I was travelling with a non-spouse. They put us in a double room with one bed. They were unable to accomaodate our request (although they admitted that the reservation requested twin room) and could not refund our money. We left for a different hotel, losing 135 euros.

The room was airy and big. Plenty of space for us both and very comfortable.

It wasn't worth the price we paid - £250/night for a "suite" was steep. Had we not been desperate, I would not have paid it. But it was very pleasant, I should say and I would stay there again, but perhaps in one of the normal rooms.

There were no tea or coffee making facilities or bar fridge in the room

Highly overpriced! Filthy and loud! And smelly of the restaurant below! What a dump for that price...
