Free wifi and location
Staff weren't so nice at times. Seemed like they didn't want to be there
the stuff in the hotel is fabulous.
internet is a little bit stopping, but thats doesn't bother so much.
Small, friendly bijou hotel , perfect for a short trip to Paris
Location. Good restaurant suggestions.
My colleague and I were told off because we were working at the lobby for 1 hour. Weren't allowed to drink coffee because we've checked out. I stay in many many hotels for work and leisure and have never been treated so badly. Lack of professionalism. Won't stay here again.
i stayed in this hotel for 2 nights and i want first to thank the staff for their amazing help in everything :). i had room on 5th floor so i got this chance to the see Winter in paris it is shown in classical movies :). the location was cool, next to street full of cafes .
Everything was perfect!!! Even through the dramatic days of early January.
The location; the little bottle of welcome champagne accompanied by a hand written birthday wish; friendly reception staff; small plastic wallet in the bathroom provided to take home the small block of complimentary hand soap rather than wasting it by throwing it away.
Wifi signal a little weak on 4th floor at rear of building - but there was a signal and I wouldn't let it put you off staying there.
good location, comfortable bed
if something- wifi speed could be better...
the lovely neighbourhood
no tea and coffee making facilities in the room
Stayed for one night before flying out. The front desk was amazingly helpful, efficient, and friendly. We were well taken care of for efficient departure the next day. We arrived early, so our room wasn't immediately ready, but it within 10 minutes a room was available. The hotel, in the midst of Montmartre, is accordingly old and creaky, but redecorated with artists' motif. Despite its small size, our room seemed spacious due to the good use of space for functionality.
the power went off at 9 pm for about 10 minutes...the front desk responded quickly and checked back to ensure that we had power again.
Loved the situation, loved the room, loved the fact that you could have free coffee, tea etc plus patisserie from 1pm til midnight-self service-very nice.
Very nicely decorated, very clean, excellent staff who cater for your every need
Breakfast is not included and overpriced for whats available
Loved monmatre area. Loved the easy access to gare du nord. We walked to and from the station. We loved the bars coffee shops restaurants and wonderful food shops nearby.
Absolutely lovely staff, perfect location opposite a tiny old cinema. Small but nice room, comfy bed, strangely calm and silent during the night, so you can have a great night's sleep before exploring the nicest neighborhood in Paris, the Montmartre.
Good location, wifi was fine, very clean, staff is at high level, all speak good english.
room is a bit narrow and there is lack of light on the ground floor. Parking is a bit far, but that can not be influenced by hotel management.
good staff, all very kind and helpful. good cleanliness and well thought out bathroom. good transport links two lines within easy walking distance even for those who have problems walking longer distances. VERY handy location for Moulin Rouge and Sacre Coeur! Loved that we paid after the holiday as it helped to manage the cost.
Our room was at the far back of the hotel which meant we were far from the wifi which, although reached, did tend to drop off if you moved further to the back of the building.
Cleanliness Helpful staff
few choices on breakfast
Friendly, helpful staff; clean, comfortable room; useful welcome pack provided on arrival (maps, wifi access etc); great location - all contributed to a wonderful weekend in Paris.
The bed was incredibly comfortable and the bathroom was suprisingly large with a very good shower. Yes, the rooms are on the small side, but in Paris all one needs is somewhere to sleep and change
We booked Superior double rooms, but were given standard rooms, had our friends not been allocated a twin room where the beds were head to head we would never have known we were in standard. They couldn't move us the day we arrived as they were full, we moved the next day and were given breakfast free. It would have been nice if they had moved our luggage for us. We also told them the batteries in the safe needed replacing, but they never were.
The welcome pack with a couple of metro tickets included. A few nice chocolates and some champagne in the room The location is great The room is smart, clean and comfortable You can have refreshments at any time down in the breakfast room
I have used this hotel for a number of years and I am wondering if over 390 euros for two nights for one person is too much. It used to be much better value but it came without the champagne and chocolates then.
A beautiful location, very central and still very quiet and peaceful. Lovely people working in the hotel
Cute little hotel, brilliantly situated about a twenty minute walk from Gare du Nord and in the centre of Montmartre. Small but clean and pleasant rooms, helpful staff.
The wifi was dreadful, kept cutting in and out once I'd finally got connected. I had hoped to FaceTime with my kids - no chance. Also 20 euros for breakfast seemed very expensive.
Location is perfect, English speaking staff on reception a bonus, Rooms beautifully equipped, with nice paintings of the area, Nice touch of English welcome pack with maps etc, and two Metro tickets to get started. Quarter bottle of Champagne waiting on ice for us on arrival a welcome surprise.
Wifi signal very weak
Great location and friendly staff
I imagine in the summer the rooms would be unbearably hot. Take ear plugs in case of loud guests as noise does travel. Apart from those 2 points it is a good hotel and we would go back.
