On Paris’ chic left bank, Villa Des Princes is a short walk from Odéon Metro Station. This designer hotel is entirely air conditioned and offers free Wi-Fi access. The location is excellent! The style is modern and very nice. Even near a very busy street, the room was quiet. There are only 140 cm beds - too small for us. Behind and under the bed it wasn't clean (One of our keycards fall behind the bed - and we found some others with a lot of dust...)

I used to live in Rue Mazarine until September 2012 and was keen to find a hotel in the area. The hotel I wanted was fully booked and Villa des Princes appeared on Booking.com at a reasonable price. I`m glad I stayed there as the hotel was very clean and comfortable and the staff tres sympa. The location is excellent for sightseeing, shopping and eating out as there are restaurants for all budgets. Buses, metro and rer a few minutes walk away.I Would happily recommend this hotel. The rooms are small but that is to be expected in Paris but are comfortable.

The location is great only a few minutes to Odeon metro station. And it closed to every things, coffee shop, restaurants and shops. The staff especially a guy called "Ya Ya" was very friendly and helpful. The room on the other hand, is very tiny. Bahtroom towels need to be replaced immediately. 1. The size of the room. 2. The elevator. 3.

The location was great, the staff were very pleasant and the room comfortable and clean. It was a bit shambolic around the edges - the doorknob fell off the bathroom and the tap mechanism came off in my hand. It was also very noisy at night, as it's very close to a late-night bar, although this was a Friday and Saturday night. Bought earplugs and all was fine!

Great location, walking distance to many attractions, close to several metro stops and surrounded by shops and cafes nearby. Staff were very helpful and friendly and spoke English. Room was clean and recently refurbished. Room was very small.

This lovely hotel is located close to quartier latin or Boul Saint Germain The location was perfect for us, It was a pretty and easy 10 minute walk to Notre Dame, across the sena river. The owner greeted us when we came in, and was most accommodating in getting our rooms ready as fast as possible , The room was clean and charming and the WiFi was free!

Location is excellent - in the heart of the Latin Quarter and minutes away from Odéon metro station. Very good value for the price. Rooms are very small but ideal for one person or solo traveller. Rooms overlooking the street can be noisy at weekend. No room safe.

The staff is very helpful and kind. There is WiFi.The location is excellent - 15 minutes walk from Notre-dam, 10 minutes walk from the Latin Quarter.The hotel is very clean and nicely designed.It's located very centrally and quiet at the same time with no noise at night. Like all hotels in Paris the rooms are quite small.

Good value for this area of Paris. Staff was friendly, but surprised everytime we needed another pillow or towel (supplied 2 pillows and one towel for 2 people). Hotel room was shockingly small, but it did have a great view and a nice bathroom. Overall, a good location and worth the money.
