Very friendly and helpful staff. Ideal location in the centre, close to most attractions
This hotel is in a great location. Nice bars and restaurants in the surrounding area with easy access to metro station. Very clean
Only downside if any would be the size of the room but it's everything you need
Very close to Metro Odeon. Notre dame and Louvre are walkable. Crews are so helpful on ticket booking and travel advise.
Room is small but tidy. The lift is solo small that can carry only 1person plus one luggage tightly.
Very good location and nice atmosphere
Small place and tiny reception - venue
The hotel is in a great location to venture out from and see all the sights. Good selection of bars and restaurants close by as well.
The room was smaller than expected, however comfortable and all we needed for s short stay. Breakfast was super basic and not worth the money. Went out for breakfast the next day for €3 more and had full cooked breakfast, pastries, juice & coffee.
Great location, clean and comfortable hotel. Great value for money especially for the area the hotel is based in. Within waking distance of a lot of tourist attractions. Lots of nice restaurants near by and friendly hotel staff. Would return again
The bed was nice to sleep in and the staff where very nice .
The lift was so small that my daughter and I just got in with only a rucksack ! No tea in room, no space for anything in the room. The breakfast was not worth €11 so we had a lovely omelette and tea over the road in a posh restaurant for only €7 more . No staff after 12 at night so I did not feel very safe with only a child with me
reception staff was friendly (not too helpful though)
The free wifi was only available in the reception area and didn't work at all in our room. There are some nightclubs and bars right next to the hotel and on Friday & Saturday night the noise was almost unbearable, there was also a lot of inside noise from neighbour rooms slamming doors etc. The room was tiny, the bathroom was clean but felt like it could do with some more care, there were also apparently small wall bugs (my boyfriend saw them when he got up to use the toilet at night). It was quite a lot of money that we paid for such a small room.
Central location and cleanliness of room
Very small room and tiny bathroom
-Excellent location -Friendly staff -Intimate elevator
-Too small room -No mini bar in room -No kettle in room
Location is good indeed, 3 minutes' walk to the metro and 15 minutes' walk to Musée du Louvre and Notre Dame. There some good restaurants nearby. Staffs are friendly and helpful. In consideration of the price level in Paris, it still has good value for money.
The "double bed" is in fact combined by two single beds. At my arrival the bathroom was a bit smelly, but this problem was solved. The wifi network is quite good actually, but you have to connect it on the ground floor first otherwise the wifi won't work on either iphone or ipad in your room. I don't know why and I realised this only on the last night of my stay. The lift is ridiculously small! The room is a bit small.
Location and hospitality was excellent! Hotel staff are very helpful and fouced on solution when we had minor issues.
The room was too small but considering that most of the hotels located in city center of Paris have same problem it may be acceptable. Despite all efforts of staff, wi-fi connection was quite poor :(
We liked where the hotel was. Easily walkable to Norte dame and metro.
Room was tiny and the bathroom wasn't cleaner very well. Sink is also so small it's hard to wash your face. Also the staff were a bit aloof!
Good location Nice staff Clean rooms
1 night was overcharged on my card. Booking.com was not helpful in resolving the issue and the staff refused to cancel the charge. Had to initiate litigation with the card bank. Recommendation: explicitly instruct the staff to not set authorization requests on your card at check-in.
11 eur for breakfast is too much expensive.
Excellent location in the quiet street close to the subway and a walking distance to the center. The room is very small - just a bit larger than the bed. Wi-Fi signal was strong in the room at the 2nd floor.
Only one electric socket in the room. Do not forget your branch box.
Very nice rooms (though small), great location.
No tea and coffee facilities in the room.
The room was clean. The location is perfect.
The room was quite tiny. The breakfast was simple for the price. We heard every noise of the room next to ours.
great location and clean hotel. Friendly and helpful staff.
Tiny rooms, but normal in Paris. Could hear noise from room neighbours at night
Location in St. Germain de Pres/Odeon area
Very small room, even for Paris standard - wouldn't know how to open a normal-sized suitcase in there Staff not helpful at all. We had requested a quiet room on a higher floor and were given a room on the 1st floor (of 4) with a huge noisy ventilation machine right outside the window that was running all the time, also at night. We were told that all rooms are same size, so they don't pay attention to requests like "quiet" or "higher floor". Also, because we had gotten a good price via booking.com, we were not able to choose/change rooms. Walls seemed paper-thin - you could here people talk, shower, sneeze, etc. in other rooms.
Was my first time in Paris and I couldn't of been more pleased. Hotel was fantastic from the room down to the staff. Will stay here again
A kettle for hot water, sugar, coffee/tea and a biscuit.
The towels looked a little bit old.
Really close to Odeon Metro station. Easy to get to from CDG. RER bleu to St Michel Notre Dame then walk or metro to Odeon. V small room but everything fine. Staff friendly and helpful.s
Great location right in heart of everything u want to see. 3 minute walk from Odeon metro stop
I love the location of the hotel. It's walking distance to most tourism places. Great shops and restaurants just down the block.
The rooms are very small and not really clean. Overall looks okay but bathroom had heavy mold all over and towels were dirty. I am a very clean person and cannot tolerate such things.
