The rooms, the pool & the surrounding countryside We were a party of 7 people including 2 grandparents and 3 younger children. Despite the children waiting patiently and not misbehaving, we were kept waiting for ages at dinner until we were given menus. No one even bothered to offer us drinks. My father is in his eighties & we had been driving from Spain. Poor show by the hotel. More interested in attending to the locals. We did attempt to speak Fench too! They also got our bill wrong!! |

We arrived late (9.45) due to the computers going down at Dover and our departure being delayed by two and a half hours so had to cancel our evening dinner reservation by phone on the way. When we arrived, the patronne was horrified that we hadn't eaten and insisted that they still cook for us, producing vegetarian food for my son and I, and we have very enjoyable meal. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definately stay there again if we were in the area and particularly like the elderly boxer dog on the welcome mat! |

La chambre ou nous avons séjourné était très bruyante (bruit de la rue, des autres chambres, bruits de turbines à l'extérieur en pleine nuit) en clair impossible de dormir ....De plus personne à l'accueil ni à l'arrivée ni au départ |

Nous sommes arrivés lundi 3/08/09 vers 14Arrivée À partir de 14:00 heures h30 et n'avons trouvé ( tout comme d'autres clients arrivés peu après nous) personne pour nous accueillir. L'hôtel était fermé ; un simple mot était affiché : OUVERTURE DE LA RECEPTION A 16H30....alors qu'il est indiqué sur votre site que les chambres sont disponibles à partir de 14h !!! La piscine étant accessible par l'arrière de l'hôtel, nous avons pris la liberté d'aller nous y baigner afin d'occuper les enfants ; aucune autre activité n'étant possible dans Chambolive. |

La piscine, la région, le restaurant, l'acceuil. Le tissu sur les murs, chambres vieillottes, mauvaises odeurs (la moquette sur les murs garde les odeurs de cigarette), salle de bains à refaire (peinture, joints de carrelage), portes pas suffisamment isonorisées (bruits escalier). |

een omgeving om tot rust te komen, op redelijke afstand kan je allerlei activiteiten doen, mits je een auto tot je beschikking hebt. je kan 's avonds goed een drankje op het terras zitten, leuke veilige speelvelden voor jonge kinderen. kamer was klein voor vier personen, weinig plek voor babybedje. Kamer rook een beetje muf toen we aankwamen. |

Sur le site internet l'hotel est situé à 10 km de Sarlat, alors qu'en réalité il est situé à plus de 100 km.Les aménagements extérieurs ne sont pas entretenus,d'où une appréciation moyenne sur l'ensemble. |
