The hotel staff are extremely helpful and friendly. I didn't get my baggage upon arrival from a very late flight and they went out of their way to help me by driving me to Carrefour first thing in the morning to buy stuff for emergency use. The room is clean, including the bathroom. For a budget hotel, it has adequate facilities and amenities - heater, flat-screen cable TV, hot water, clean linens and towels. Breakfast is good. Location is good- not in the main tourist area, and therefore quiet and clean, but close enough to reach the Sanctuary in 10 mins by walking. Public transport also available. There is always someone at the reception, even for very late check-in. Internet access could be improved, but I understand it was a network problem.

Il personale dell'Hotel è estremamente disponibile e cortese. I servizi sono veloci ed efficienti. Ottima la cucina. Ambiente perfetto per famiglie con figli piccoli, è attrezzato con saletta pranzo riservata, utilizzata per bambini. Possiede inoltre attrezzature per bimbi piccoli, quali lettini e seggioloni. Colazione e pasti abbondanti. Stanze e zone pubbliche/relax confortevoli e pulite. Niente. Tutto Ok.

Zéér beleeft personeel, goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding, zéér nette en confortrijke kamers, wel een beetje ver van het heiligdom van Lourdes (+- 1 km), maar dat namen wij er graag bij, We kregen ook een staanplaats voor onze auto recht tegen over het hotel en omdat we half pension hadden genomen moesten we er niets voor betalen, we gingen reeds verschillende keren naar Lourdes, maar dit was wel het beste hotel dat we ooit hadden, kortom, een hotel om aan te bevelen ! Volgende maal nemen we zeker terug Hotel Des Pays Bas !

Nous avons apprécié l' accueil, la disponibilité du personnel trés sympathique et la qualité de la cuisine servie .Hotel à recommander pour un séjour en pension complète lors d' un séjour à Lourdes en famille ou avec des amis.

Hôtel confortable - personnel accueillant et serviable- rapport qualité/prix intéressant - bonne cuisine à des prix raisonnables - une bonne adresse pour un petit séjour dans la région - manque simplement un parking pour son véhicule Absence de parking

Ik had problemen met het Internet, deze deed het niet. Heb een keer of vier aangegeven dat het niet werkte, hebben ze er een keer aan gewerkt maar toen deed hij het nog niet. Ik werd hier verder ook niet over ingelicht. Na vijf dagen nog geen Internet, ik vond het een slechte service terwijl ze wel aangeven dat je gratis wifi hebt. Verder vond ik het avondeten ook niet om over naar huis te schrijven, viel tegen. Het beste kan je gewoon ontbijt nemen, en s'avonds in een restaurant gaan eten daar is het veel beter.
