The room was not the one in the photo!! Is not so modern

Excellent location in a well appointed and modern hotel. Parking was nearby and reasonably cheap (about 15E for the 18hrs or so.) Staff were very helpful and made a booking at a lovely restaurant for dinner.

Breakfast was a bit ordinary. It wasnt bad but compared to other hotels. Maybe take a short walk and find a nice cafe instead. Only a minor problem really.

The best was the friendliness of the staff, they were ALL extremely helpful and client focused.

This is the third time we have stayed here and we have always been impressed. The location is excellent and the staff have always been helpful and friendly.

Very central in a delightful old part of the town.Well placed for shops,bars,restaurants and historic buildings. First room allocated was quite small but the staff immediately offered a choice of 3 larger rooms the next day

Parking can be difficult and expensive although the hotel does have a discount arrangement. No evening meal service in the hotel dining room

Great location in the centre of town. Quadruple room was a good size and very comfortable.

The beds were very comfortable. The rooms were decorated to a high level and very homely. The staff were very friendly and helpful, we had a great time.

Perfect for our family, 3 young boys, big room & comfortable beds. A great stop on our way to and way back from the Alps.

Hotel restaurant was closed, but there was a good brasserie within a few minutes' walk.

Excellent hotel only elements that need to be mentioned are that all the 3 bedrooms had a bad smell /odour from the bathrooms Also don't get a room over the kitchens as the bins ate emptied @ 6am and v noisy

The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is quiet. The rooms are a sensible temperature and the beds are very comfortable. Good value for money and I would return for another stay (this was my second time there)

The room wasn't ready when we arrived at 14.15. We were asked to come back at 15.00 but the room still wasn't ready. I also think that it's not a brilliant idea to have carpet tiles in a hotel bathroom.

Bathroom was dated and there was a drainage smell.

We lived the best chalet room, it is all decorated by wood, it is an amazing room!! thanks for the staff to arrange such a beautiful room. All we feel is like we are in a mountain and with snow outside. As the chalet makes you feel you are isolate from city, but you are in the city. The staff are very very friendly and helpful. Will surely come back again!

Easy walking distance from train station. Central location in old part of the city. Near the Savoy Museum. Comfortable, well designed rooms.

Wonderful old world charm. Ideal overnight stop to or from the Alps. Our regular stopover.

Lack of room facilities - no tea , coffee Hotel doesent have a bar area and description of having a piano bar is innacurrate as the piano is more of a furniture item than for entertainment.
