Hotel des Remparts is located in the center of Beaune. It is a former 17th-century private mansion that features an interior courtyard. All of the rooms are individually decorated, and some are decorated in historic styles and some have original fireplaces. They all have satellite TV and private bathrooms. The lounge bar provides a nice atmosphere to relax with a drink. Breakfast is served daily and room service is available. Laundry service and bike rentals are also available on site. Transportation shuttles to the airports and train stations are available upon request. Hotel des Remparts is just 10 minutes from the highway. Good customer service. Parking available at €8. Good location in town of Beaune. Good alternative to sterility of such places as IBIS chain. Breakfast could be a bit better at €10.

Nice pretty hotel, close to everything. Nice rooms, though the word "suite" is used quite loosely. I did not find the older woman in charge helpful. In fact, she openly resisted calling to reserve dinner for us, and also the bill was not correct. The other younger helpers could not have been nicer or more helpful. But the older woman gave me a bad feeling.

Very nice owner, well-located. Charming old structure. Bathroom was retro- fit but well-equiped and large. Furniture was older but bed was comfortable. Good value. The rooms that I saw required climbing at least one flight of stairs.

The bed was very comfortable and the hotel was in a central location for the town. I did not like that the parking was not in the hotel's grounds. The room we were in was across a courtyard, up a flight of stairs and then up a spiral starcase- this was too far to carry bags, especially when the car park was a distance from the hotel. I would have liked tea and coffee making facilities in the room.

The reception was very efficient and helpful. A pitythere was no dining facilities but good alternatives were recommended. We have no adverse comments .

The hotel is part of a restored historic building near the ancient walls of the village. Rooms under the roof are really nice. For the price at least breakfast should be included.

Full of charm and character, very clean, wonderful attentive staff, big room (we were in the suite) huge bathroom, Great location in Beaune and for traveling in the area. Wifi, parking and breakfast are not included in the price of the hotel

The hotel is located a short distance from the center of town. The hotel has a lovely courtyard, and an atrium type space for lounging. The room was spacious and the bathroom posh. Hotel staff was very professional and solicitous of your needs. Breakfast was minimal but tasty. I would recommend this hotel to friends.

I thought the room we were given was nicely decorated and the building itself was lovely. It was a very good location. We were able to park outside the hotel free of charge which was fortunate. The ability to make oneself a hot drink within the hotel room would be nice, and a proper double bed instead of two twins pushed together would have been preferable. But overall, no real problems.

La posizione centrale e tranquilla e la possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto davanti all' hotel in una via senza traffico e sicura Le foto presenti nella vostra descrizione non hanno riscontro con quello che abbiamo potuto verificare di presenza. Camera anonima ( bella sala da bagno ) materassi vecchi con reti vecchie e scomode , porte della camera di compensato , cuscini vecchi ed inadeguati ( salsicciotto vintage) finestre senza tende oscuranti. Scala di accesso alla camera in legno rovinato compreso il corrimano e carta parati strappata ( molto pericolosa ) Dove sono le camere con travi a vista ?
