Im Zimmer zur Strasse hin und im vierten Stock war - zumindest bei offenem Fenster - der Verkehrslärm sehr laut.

Gutes Hotel für die Durchreise in den Süden. Lage fast optimal, leicht zu finden. Kurze Wge in das Stadtzentrum. Zimmer sind sauber. Eigene abschliessbare Garage ist ein grosses Plus.

Zimmer sehr klein. Frühstücksraum eine athmosphärische Zumutung. Frühstück zu teuer.

I am fully satisfied with the hotel. Clean, large bathroom, no noise, even if 5 minutes from the station Perrache (no carrying luggage for a long time and no noise!), lift, free wifi, breakfast from 6.30-12.00. Friendy stuff. Close to the tramway, to shops and two both beautiful rivers. Great location for visiting. A fidge and a microwave in the hotel - you can cook something right there if you don't feel like eating at a restaurant. Restaurants are perfect in Lyon, by the way! Possibility to leave luggage in the hotel after you have cheched out. For those who travel to Lyon through the station "Lyon Part Dieu", note that you can go to the station Perrache, for free, if you stay in the same train (mind the right car through, the half of the train goes somewhere else). Shampooing and shower gels provided by the hotel. Note that I stayed alone. If the same room is for two people, it is probably (but I am not sure) a little small, but the bed is huge and comfortable. Fairly large wardrobe for hanging clothes.

1. No hairdryer 2. I would have added cornflakes or eggs as a choice for the breakfast. Croissants, bread, butter and jam with coffee and orange juice seems a little heavy for me. However, I was perfectly happy with the hotel because there are lots of cafés nearby, they serve healthy food. 3. Two chairs instead of one would be great.

It offerred clean, basic amenities for a very reasonable rate. It was air-conditioned and reasonably close to tourist sights.

Institutional; little atmosphere.

It's a decent walk from Bellevue Metro, however the location could be worse. My biggest problem was with the wifi, an annoyingly bad system.

The hotel was in an excellent location...close to the railway station and the old city. Just down the same street were a number of bakeries and a supermarket only 100 metres away. We walked all over the city for two days and found coming back to the hotel at night was welcoming. The staff were always friendly and spoke some English. The room was small but comfortable and the bathroom looked recently renovated. Lyon is a great place to visit. Even in those two days, we still did not have time to visit any museums.

It is a very nice hotel with friendly staff members. Nothing special, simple, clean and warm.

Happy experience. Reasonable price at such location. Easy to visit interest place.

My room had closed window.

The hotel is very well located for Perrache rail station and access to the city centre. I found that all but 1 of the staff spoke little or no English, but this was not a problem, as it was quite easy to make myself understood, even with my very limited French. The room, though clean, was in need of refurbishment. It just looked very tired. The breakfast was a reasonable 7 euros. The worst thing though was the smell of cigarettes, even though it was a non smoking room (sign on the door, and notice next to the ashtray!). Even opening the window failed to clear the smell, and being november, its too cold to sleep with the window open. Bearing this in mind, i'm glad I was only there for one night, and because of the smell of cigarettes, I cant recommend this hotel.
