It was very close to the center of Lyon, and close to the train station. It was a very convenient location. The Hotel Staff called a taxi for us and provided maps for us as well. The room had a terrible smell. It reminded us of an old hospital room. It did not have a shower curtain, so you had to take a bath if you wanted to bathe at all. We did not feel very safe at this hotel. |

All members of the hotel staff were very nice an very helpful. Secure, inexpensive parking at the hotel. Good location for a walking tour of the city; walking distance (for a pair of 55 year olds) to parks, squares, restuarants and public transportation. Amenities were basic, but in good working order. Good value for the price. |

Location is very convenient. Just 3 mins to Metro, Tram and SNCF by walk. Quiet and safe neighbourhood. Free WIFI service. Helpful staff. |

Internet access was free and it worked. Location excellent. Staff helpful. Bed comfortable. See also next section, which left a favourable impression. The first stay was overpriced because the less expensive rooms were only available for 2 of the 3 nights we stayed. That is a problem intrinsic to booking on the net a not the problem of the hotel. Staff accomodated us by including breakfast for the 3 nights even though breakfast . I appreciated their flexibility and chose to return to the hotel later on in May for a second stay. |
