Freshly renovated room was fine although fairly small. Secure parking for motorcycle.easy access to city and local eateries.good value for money. Suited our overnight stop needs perfectly
Builders started early morning..didn't need an alarm as hammer drill from floor below did the job. But hey we knew it was being renovated when we booked
Breakfast was good and enough Wi-fi
Cleanless can be better...
Some tourist queries were happily answered. Wake up call organised.Location excellent.Welcome fro staff make for a happy stay.
Only 1 power point in room but renovation being done at present.
Close to the Train station Perrache
The room was not very clean and the facility looks very old (probably why they are carrying out renovations).
Vincent, the receptionist, was very warm and accommodating. The room is newly renovated and I like the modern design. It's very clean and the bed is very comfortable.
Just the very small size of the room but I don't complain because the price is very affordable. The aircon unit was dripping with water.
the rooms and friendly stuff
Very close to the Perrache train station and metro, a 10 minute walk to Vieux Lyon. Both the room and the bathroom were clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful, even the late night guy who primarily spoke French.
There was not a lot of floor space in the room for our luggage, and the elevator is very tiny. But everything still worked!
The night-portier was the nicest, sweetest, staff I've ever met in an hotel
They started construction work at 7.30 am, and when we complained at the desk we were answered with a nod and a shrug.
All in the room was brand new and the bathroom was in excellent condition
There was restoration in the building- all day was very noisy and ALL hotel was covered with thick layer of dust! The bed,the walls and all!We where so tired after long movement and we plan stay only for one night - so we decide to stay. Parking was full and we searching for it for hours! and could park our car in the hotel garage only at evening.
location good for sight seeing
Clean, spacious, new furnishings, location, value for money
Small lift crying to be also refurbished
Host organised gluten free bread for breakfast. Car parking available. Walkable to centre. Lift.
Tight parking A little out of the centre.
great staffs always with smile and help me a lots with the direction; good location we access to the cheap bicycle rental station and make good use of them; on sunday there will be market outside the hotel in the square fun to visit
room a bit samll but maybe that is common in france?
near train station
front office staff only OK
Value for money. Located close to Perrache. rooms were basic but clean and functional.
Some renovation work was being done, which we were not made aware of. Having tradesmen working nearby in the corridor was a surprise.
One of the rooms of my friends was under construction. There were tools left in the room, plastic covering the furniture etc. There was absolutely no way that this room should have been allocated for the nights stay.
Everything was great!
Would like to have an English TV channel(CNN or BBC etc.) for news.
Centrally situated. Quiet and calm. Staff is helpful. Continental Breakfast served is good.
Did not get a Room facing the Street as per my request. No PC for Guests' use although Wi-fi facility is available for those with laptops. Lobby area needs some refurbishing and sprucing up !
The hotel was having renovations , the lift looked like a building site , the water was turned off twice when we stayed two days . The dining room looked tired .
Very friendly and helpful staff (I didn't reserve the parking, and even though it was almost full, the hotel manager found a way to squeeze in my car).
There were some construction works in the hotel, so the halls were filthy and the noise of the construction started quite early in the morning.
Location near Gare Perrache and between the two rivers.
They put me in a room right below a room where workmen were drilling, sandblasting and hammering until 8 at night and at 7 in the morning. I went there to rest but had to stay outside in the rain because the noise was deafening! Shame on them!
Just few steps from railway station, city square with chees market on holidays and fountain. Quiet street. Breakfast was simple but ok.
Poor breakfast - but traditional french (baquet, juice, coffe).
