My wife and I stayed at this hotel for 8 nights and we can thoroughly recommend it. The staff are so helpfull, they provided a very early breakfast because we had a train to catch. Great value. We would stay there again and would recommend others to.

The staff was very very friendly, really cheered me up to get and drop of my key every time. The location is really incredible for the price, just off the main square and so close to the beach. The room was clean and nice. Would highly recommend! Was a small bit noisy during the weekend, but nothing out of the ordinary for something son central.

Hotel de Verdun was wonderfully located for a city break to Nice. It was just a few steps from Place Massena right in the centre and a stone's throw from Vieix Nice. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Our room was small but it was spotlessly clean and the bathroom was also adequate although the bath was small. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room would have been lovely.

Very friendly staff on arrival. Helpful re transport information and providing maps etc. Location wae fantastic being close to seafront, the old town and main transport points. Also close to restaurants bars and shops. Rooms and bathrooms were very small. Also when returning to reception on the eve of our departure we were asked to settle our bill which we found very pushy as would have preferred to settle accont on morning of departure

Very friendly helpful staff. The beds were comfortable. The double glazing shut out most of the traffic noise. The decor was drab in various shades of brown. The saniflo system in the bathroom was noisy. Sound travelled through the bathroom from the next room.

The hotel was exactly what we were expecting and we were not dissapointed. The rooms were spacious and clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The staff were very friendly and very helpful and spoke fluent English. The location was central and we would definately revisit. Bearing in mind the cost it was perfect for what we were looking for.

I thought the staff were very very friendly, the hotel was lovely and quiet, would of loved tea making facilities in the room. Great value for money with the breakfast only 8 euro. Super staff, courteous and helpfull. I will definately return again.

Excellent staff, very helpful. We all slept well.breakfast perfect.location superb. Really enjoyed our stay My only complaint was that there was no lift from ground. Floor to reception. We had young children and a buggy ...but as u said staff extremely helpful and were always willing to help...

Great location, great value for money, and staff were very friendly and helpful. I will stay here again. The size of the room was spacious, and we had abath. I highly recommend this hotel. No street parking outside, but agood car park nearby, which had good rates.

The staff at Hotel de Verdun are welcoming, provide maps guiding you to Nice's main attractions and will give you information on transport. The hotel is an easy walk from the tgv station and you can easily get a tram to the other station that takes you on to Italy. Hotel de Verdun is close to the seaside,old city and many nice restaurants. Rooms are comfortable and have free wifi. Good value for money and friendly staff make this a great place to stay in a lovely and charming town.

The location is very great. It is near to the shopping centre, bus station and restaurants. Only few steps to the Galeries Lafayette shopping mall. The hotel staffs are also helpful.
