The hotel is situated close to the shops and a couple of minutes walk from the beach. The staff are very friendly and very helpful. They provide free internet access and were very helpful with tips and hints about what to do and see in Nice and surrounding area. It is a little dated, but they are doing up some of the rooms. |

Location was good for access to the sea front, old town and shops. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Linen was clean. Very old and in need of renovation (this seemed to be taking place). Room was a bit tatty and in need of redecoration. |

The hotel was ideally situated for both shopping and the beach. There was a lot of building work going on and the hotel did not have my revised booking and therefore we did not get a room with aircon, which meant the room was very hot. As the hotel did not have the correct booking they tried to charge me more. It is important that the correct paperwork is sent to the hotels. |

Manager and staff were fantastic, so friendly and couldn't do enough for you. Although the hotel is being quietly renovated, the work is not intrusive and the end results are great. Rooms are of a good size, well appointed and with superb shower and facilities. Location of this hotel is excellent, less than 100 metres from Rue Jean Medecin, close to Place Messena. |

The hotel staff was very accomadating and the room was very comfortable. Also the location of the hotel is excellent because it's within walking distance of the beach and the Old Town, and it is not located in one of Nice's sketchy areas so it's ok to walk around a bit at night. The only thing I didn't like was that they didn't provide shampoo and conditioner in the rooms. |

Wonderful staff. Extremely helpful,happy and caring.Great breakfast for the price. Close to old town,esplanade, walk to train so excellent location. Rooms are being done up so fresh appearance and comfy beds. These folk really do want your stay to be enjoyable so go out of their way to be of help. For the price in Nice, this is great value |

Opposite to Galaries Lafeyette, great for shopping. Also centralised in the city, footsteps from happening places. Mouldy smell due to old age of hotel decoration, suffered from mild skin allergy after sleeping for a night. Felt we were sleeping among the traffic (on 1st floor). |

Staff was very friendly. They let us park in front of the hotel which was very convenient. Good for 1-2 nights stay. It was an old building and the toilets were a little weird. |

The location is so so perfect! And the staff are completely hassle free No as a lot of guests have already said about the hotel, it could be a bit updated, but at the price it really isnt a problem!! |
