very central and convenient for a city break. Very well laid out modern bathroom. our room(39) was extremely noisy at night. This may affect light sleepers but not us. |

Friendly staff. Excellent city centre location - within easy walking distance of train and bus stations, the old town and the beach/ Promenade des Anglais. The rooms were very basic and could do with a make-over, but the friendliness of the staff and the location of the hotel more than made up for this. |

Excellent location - beach, old town and shops are just around. Very friendly and helpful staff speaking 3 languages - French, English and Russian (at least 1 of the staff members). Good restaurant with seafood nearby - very convinient. |

The hotel location is excellent. If all you need is a base and don't plan to spend a lot of time at the hotel, then I think this is a good choice. Staff are very friendly and gave me choice of available rooms. |

First of all, the hotel has a very friendly staff. Also, the location is perfect, in the middle of everything. The breakfast was good value for the money (8 eur). For a 2-star hotel, nothing to complain. |

The location of this hotel is excellent. The optional breakfast was a good value. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They made arrangements for us to take a tour and wanted our feedback so they can pass our feedback on to other guests. The hotel could have been cleaner. There was little comfort in the room but there was a balcony in our room which gave us a bit of extra space. |

Owner/manager very helpful and most accommodating.Extremely courteous and cheery. Rooms bit dingey but given age of hotel understandable. Bathroom refurbished very nice.Important point, Lift situated on 1st floor, 2 flights of stairs (21) to access lift. |

Great location. Some of the rooms were "unusual". Our son & daughter-in-law's room had a shower in the bedroom and the toilet was right inside the door to the room and only closed off from the room by a curtain. 5 minute walk to the Old Town and 10 minutes to the beach. Breakfast good for price. Bathrooms integrated into the room - no privacy. Also, the shower was in the bedroom so there was a lot of humidity. Although the bathroom in our room was new, the shower did not drain and since we were there over a weekend, they could not find a plumber. They did offer to change our room but since we were only there for 2 nights it wouldn't have been worth the hassle. |

2 staff members were very friendly and helpful during the day and the location was excellent There was a very rude member of staff on reception of an evening who was repeatedly unpolite and very unhelpful. I also booked 2 x double rooms and we were given a double and a twin. |

Only a couple blocks from the beach, clean rooms and very helpful staff. 24h front desk service was good to have and the price for our 4 day stay was very affordable. |
