The hotel proprieter was quite friendly and helpful. Our room was small but quite adequate, able to look out on to the city square. Hotel had character and charm. Breakfast buffet had variety of food. The floors creaked and the rooms were not sound-proofed but what else can you expect from a building of this age. |

A pleasant small b&b hotel very convenientlly located right in centre of the town (in the market square where overnight parking is available and free). Cafes and resturants adjacent. Good value for money. Helpful hotelier. |

Excellent owner / manager and felt very welcome. Very helpful chap, merci! Location is perfect - right on the square where you want to be. Excellent TV station choice and also great WiFi in the room Room was tiny - loo quite difficult to get in to however for the location and price this is the best value and nicest run hotel in Arras! |

The owner and his staff were extremely accomodating and the breakfasts were excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel as an excellent value. The room was a bit on the tiny side but adequate. |

the staff were very attentive and knowledgeable about the area ,The breakfast was fantastic. The hotel was perfectly positioned for the town, parking and touring.The rooms were a little small but the attention to detail more than made up for it. We would definately use this hotel again. |

Very central on smaller of 2 squares, the one with the restaurants and shops. Despite location pretty quiet Arras on a Thursday night was a bit sleepy |

The proprietor was very attentive and helpful, and ran an excellent hotel. Within the constraints of an old and relatively cramped building - which nonetheless gave the hotel its character - and its 2 star status, the facilities were very good. The buffet breakfast was excellent and free tea/coffee/orange juice was available for guests at all times in the foyer. |

Excellent central location and friendly manager/staff. Our room had good view overlooking place de heros, although possibly a little bit small if you were staying more than a few days. Good value for money and would stay again. Need to budget 9 euros per day for parking (except sundays) as free parking near the city centre is limited. |
