The hotel's location was very convenient, free access to internet in the foyer was a bonus street noise in our room (front of the hotel) was extreme |

The central location, with on site parking and the room and bathroom were of a high standard. The lift was tiny for a hotel of this size. |

Good TV, very clean, good breakfast, helpful and friendly - but unobtrusive - staff. Good to have the free Internet access in reception. |

The location is quite good for visiting old part of town. The fact that there was a garage. The premises are a bit run down. The breakfast is quite poor and the conditions of the room where they serve it are quite primitive ... more like a 2 star, perhaps. |

The breakfast buffet was very good, with good variety of food and drinks. Also, we appreciated the air conditioning, which worked very well. Our bed was not very comfortable. The mattress seemed to be very old. The room was not particularly attractive. Also, when I asked the staff about how to locate a doctor for my husband, who had a bad cough, they advised me to go to the hospital emergency room. We went, and were told there was a 3-4 hour wait. When I asked if the hotel could recommend a doctor, the staff said no. |

The location was very close to the city center, but just a bit out (10 minute walk) so that it was not so busy with other tourists. The rooms were nice, simple and modern and had everything we needed. The staff spoke French, English and German The parking gargage was a nightmare! Very narrow, tiny entry into it with sharp turns. Don't take anything bigger than a small car in there. Other than that the hotel was fine and no complaints. |

The first room they gave us in the first floor was a bit smelly and a loud noise (A/C) came from outside the building. After asking for another room, they gave us a "Privilege" room in the sixth floor for the same price. There, everything was just fine. Big TV screen! Walking distance to all sights in Strasbourg. Tram, if needed departs a few meters away. Breakfast quite good (for France). Our original room was not that perfect. Small lift, two persons with baggage have to squeeze. |

The hotel is close to the city centre and the excellent tram service has a stop very close by. The lifts are very small, especially the one going to the garage. |

Only 5 minutes from the old town / the Cathedrale. Not sundry breakfast but but reasonable enough. We were three and all of us had different price of single room. Price seems to depend on how you have booked a room. Wireless internet connection was able to buy with reasonable price for 24 hours but it was slow and fit only for simple pages. |

The inclusive breakfast was very good value with an excellent choice. Location of hotel is good. Lack of tea/coffee making tray in the room was disapppointing and mean. |

Position is ok if you want easy access to city centre. Breakfast was too expensive and not at the level of a 3 stars hotel. The room was clean, but directly on the street. And the tram is just passing under it. So if you are have a light sleep, not really recommended. |

Ideally situated in the city centre of Strasbourg, opposite the cathedral and next to the historic district of La Petite France, the Hotel Gutenberg combines modernity and charm. |
Ideally located near the station and the historical quarter, the hotel is an ideal base for a trip to Strasbourg. |
Next to the splendid Parc de l'Orangerie and just a few minutes walk from the European Parliament buildings, the high-standing residence enjoys a unique location in one of the most prestigious... |
Set just 250 metres from Strasbourg train station, close to the old town and La Petite France district, the Best Western Monopole Métropole is housed in a lovely 19th-century building. |
