Hotel location was good for visiting the city. It offered courteous service and good advice. The rooms were modern and very clean. It was one of our better hotels of our entire trip to Europe. The tiny elevator, but the stairwell were nice and wide. |

Bright, modern. Rooms had air-con, and were minimalistic but very well presented and clean. Breakfast was excellent. Wifi did not work in my room, and there was no mini bar tariff. |

This hotel was good. The price is average (not low, not too high) but at least you get a good service. The nearest tram stop is really at 5 minutes walk from the hotel. You can reach this hotel from the main airport by taking the train and the tram (the stop is on the lines a and d) You can even walk till the center without any problems, if you don't want to take the tram. They provide a garage so you can rent bikes ("velo location") and they let you keep those bikes in the garage during the night. The Staff was helpful. They cleaned rooms every day. The breakfast was ok. I was at the 6th floor it was quite calm. If I really have to complain about something, the bed was not extremely confortable but something you can easily stand for some nights. |

Location and decor and space The car park - it's not easy to get into (across live tram lines) and is very constrained in space - only a couple of inches either side of my Merc. The access ramps are very steep |

1. The elevators are so small that there is no room for even bags ! 2. the parking corridor inside the hotel (which costs 12 Euro) is so narrow that there is no way that fullsize car can make it |

Very friendly staff. Very good location at the attractive side of the city. Just a short nice walk into the center. The hotel is situated in a quiet areas just outside the innercity. Trams that get you everywhere stop in the street. The hotel was very quiet. It is not really a design hotel conserning the details: The paint was falling of the door of in the bathroom and the shower cabine was leaking causing water pool on the floor in the bathroom after a shower. The parking garage is very narrow and steep, it was a big challenge for a Volvo V40, especially when the ligths of the garage fell out one evening. If you have a new big car and care a lot about it, you could consider a parking place just outside the hotel, should not be a problem either. |

The location of the hotel was great. It is in a short walk to Petit France. It is also a great value for the cost. |

A compact inner city hotel with relatively small rooms, but tastefully decorated and comfortable. A good breakfast with plenty of choice. Easy walking distance to city sights. The carpark under the hotel is somewhat of a challenge in other than a small car. The internet connection did not work. |

The central location, with on site parking and the room and bathroom were of a high standard. The lift was tiny for a hotel of this size. |
