Radisson Blu Hotel at Disneyland® Paris  

El personal es muy amable, atento y eficiente. El desayuno es excelente. La habitacion comoda, con una hermosa vista verde y bien calefaccionada.

Una de las noches, alrededor de las 23 hs no pude bañarme porque el agua salia tibia.

La cercania a Eurodisney

Para ser un hotel de la categoria que es, no cubre con las expectativas: falta de personal, servicio lento, falta de prevision ante la afluencia de gente, especialmente en el desayuno.

Significantly cheaper price than the rip-off Disneyland hotels. Very clean and comfortable hotel. Nice location by the golf course which is very relaxing.

Lack of services. At night you cannot get anything fixed, you have to wait til morning. The shuttle bus to Disney park has weird timings. The drivers take a long dinner break at about 7:30 to 9:00 pm. This is completely unacceptable as many guests want to return at such times and are stuck waiting for the bus. We had to take a taxi on one such day. Why not have the drivers eat at 5:00 or 6:00 pm (like the rest of the world does?) Or better yet, have them eat sandwiches while driving guests back to the hotel! Remember your priorty: the customer's convenience is the most important. Not the employee's convenience! For this very reason I would not come back to this hotel in the future, however, others may not have a problem with it.

I thought it was very conveniently located on the outskirts of Paris. I liked that the mall was right down the road, which was so convenient for meals and great shopping. The golf course was beautiful, and it was super easy to get to Disney Paris and the train station.

I wasn't crazy about the buffet, but the food I had was good, just different. Other than that I have absolutely no complaints!

I found Radisson Blu of DisneyLand Paris "a complete rip-off". The breakfast was pathetic - they would not replenish dishes that run-out, so good luck if you come to breakfast in later hours of the allocated time. The utensils smell of egg not washed properly. The staff is sloppy and so are the managers. Do not mistake going for dinner at the resturant in the hotel. The value for money is negative. You will get heavily over-priced dishes and absolutely tasteless and thin on quantity. The hotel knows that you are "trapped" there because of your kids who want to visit DisneyLand. They make money on anything they can. Shameless.

Only shuttle service to disneyparcs was on time and perfect and location is suitable for disney visit. Cheese variety on buffet

Poor design in the rooms. Not a proper bed for child. Only half of bed is stable and other half falls down when you sit or lie down. Insufficient information desk. Stuff is not friendly. Mostly formal and in distance no one is eager to speak English or German. If only you speak french you get full service. Otherwise all you got is shortcuts. So many unhappy worker in the hotel no one is smiling. Average breakfast. Need to ask several times for the things finished on the buffet. Juices were not tasty.

Simply excellent

Raddisom Blu @Disneyland Paris Nice hotel, the rooms are ok but the employees are way too slow and the cleaning service is quite badly done. Watch out because they may charge for things you didn’t use or bought it happened to us. When checking out the hotel we check or bill and they charged an internet service we had not use, also for a city tax a day.

It suited us perfectly for the Christmas 2 days. Would have liked an English Traditional ChristmasDinner but the hotel food was very nice.

We liked to shuttle to the local attractions like Disney world and la Valle. The facilities were good for kids swimming.

We thought he restaurant was over priced and average food. There didn't seem to be any other attractions outside of the hotel... Would have been nice if it had some local tourist information.
