Radisson Blu Hotel at Disneyland® Paris  

Gostei das camas, são muito confortáveis e da facilidade de transporte para a Disney.

As opçoes para jantar no Hotel não me satifizeram: o restaurante era caríssimo e a comida do bar era intragável.

Hotel muito confortável, ideal para casal com crianças por ser muito espaçoso. Muito perto da Disney, só o autocarro para lé é que devia ter um horário de regresso à noite mais alargado.

facility and staffs are excellent. the view is wonderfull.i would do it again.

The staff were very helpful from booking to departure. We loved the green surroundings and its accessibility to disneyland and paris. We highly recommend this hotel for family vacations.

Hennesey XO = 30€. I found it to be impossibly over priced as you can get at the least 25 shots out of a liter bottle, which means you earn at least 750€ a bottle. At least 700% on the original cost. I didn't find that funny at all.

We went to visit Disney and the hotel is located within a reasonable distance from the park (about 10 min by bus) so that you can sleep on site and do not need to travel from Paris. The breakfast is correct. Also you have a beautiful view on the fields and on small hills around the hotel.

This is an extreme example of industrial approach to the hotel business. You will not find anything close to human approach. The building is gigantic. You will have to walk a lot to find your room. The chain operating this hotel is trying to make money on everything (E.G. slippers are sold at 3 Euros, bathrobe is sold at 5 Euros, in the evening the hotel is using employes that hardly speak French / English or trainees). We asked for slippers and had soap, we asked for spoons and had second set of forks and knifes.)) Try a different hotel if you are going to DIsney

Clean modern and convenient to get to the Disney parcs with direct shuttle

Dinner buffet was not fresh, and very poor value for money, would not recommend it

I am afraid there is nothing I liked about the hotel. Drinks and food were viciously overpriced. Staff were Not attentive. Service shockingly slow. Food less than mediocre. Beds uncomfortable. Possibly one of the worst hotels I have Stayed in....and I am usually pretty relaxed and not one to complain. This hotel was simply different class

We stayed there mainly to relax ... And it was wonderful! The staff was friendly and the pool/ hammam was excellent. The food at the restaurant was fabulous. Overall, a 10/10 service.

Nothing for the kids to do.

It is a very comfortable hotel in a lovely setting and away from the mad dash of many other spots. Shuttle service is a great idea. One of your front desk clerks, named Hicham, I believe provided superior service. We had to report a problem with the train service and he helped us deal with that so expeditiously and seemingly without effort. Many other clerks would have fluffed that job off onto somebody else.

When we arrived at the hotel, we went to a line behind 2 other people to sign in. Unfortunately, the female clerk was impossibly slow and I think she was visiting with the first people rather than getting on with the job of getting the rest of us in. When we finally got to the front of the line, I told her that while whe was taking her time, Hicham, the other clerk had signed in at least 7 people. Her response was that she had only been there 2 years and he had been there much longer!!!!!! In 2 years you would think that she would know her job. Some of the clerks at the bar didn't offer assistance to the patrons as they should. We mostly always had to go to the Bar and tell them what we wanted or ask them if they would come to the table. For any manager reading this, the foregoing issues should be an easy fix.
