Everything, much more that we would expect. The little kitchen was wery helpful and the room was clean and welcoming staff helped us during our stay |

The location was fine and relativly easy to locate, Nice Airport can be accessed with 20 min, ideal for morning flight. Breakfast was OK and staff efficent and helpful Hotel while relativly new and well maintaine was rather drab in appearancre plus the aircon was less than efficent |

Very nice quiet hotel in almost in the mountains, kind staff, free parking and Wi-Fi. The small rooms have an extra door to next-door room. Walls and doors are quite thin, so it could be quite noisy if other people move around. |

Ample free parking, nice staff, no problem to have my dog with a small 5Euro charge. Our shower drain was not in the lowest part of the floor and the entire bathroom floor was soaked in 5cm of water each time. |

Room was good size, the price was fantastic considering the comfort and the total look of the room. There was a small kitchen with fridge, microwawe and oven (only for cooking). Close to Nice, staff was very nice and helpfull. Would definitelly advise to a friend:) Directon to hotel could be better, or at least a sign where to turn if coming from highway road. We had a gps, but had troubles to find it. |

Great location on the top of the hill with a nice view on surroundings. Clean room with a small kitchen and a balcony. A nice restaurant for the evening meal. Free parking. |

The prices are good. The hotel is located on the hill, so you have a nice view. The hotel is located quite far from Nice. You can get to the city by bus as well but the last bus from the city goes around 19.00 and once you miss it as we did:) the taxi will cost 40 EUR (unless you negotiate better) |

Good value for money, renewed rooms, free wifi the bathroom was not too clean; we were lucky to be by car, otherwise I don't know if you can access Nice by bus or some other transportation |

nice and friendly staff, clean and big room, air condition, a small kitchen is available but without dishes :-( the rooms are connected by a closed door, so that we could hear every single word from our neighbours... this was really inconvenient |

The hotel was about 15min drive away from busy parts of Nice which we found very relaxing, parking was easy and the supermarket was about 200m away. Great room and staff. Definately need a car to get around. |

Very friendly staff, nice room with AC, quiet and clean, good breakfast, good for price/service, no problem with parking, internet, supermarket very close not so easy to find without navi, swimming pool open only 2-6pm and does not belong to the hotel, not to consider without a car, aprox 15min to drive from Nice |

The people at the reception were very polite. I especially liked the dark interieur and the pricing (if booked by internet). There were enough parking places, too. It is not directly at a street. The breakfast was good and well tasting, pricing ok. The only thing I did not like was that there was no cheese besides a cream cheese. The rest was good, croissants were fresh baked, good orange juice was there and the tables were clean. |

Peaceful location, good views from balcony, free parking. Recommended only if you have your own transport. Swimming pool only open from 14.00- 18.00. Pretty pointless. Room separated from next room by a locked door in room, could hear neighbours talking. |

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The hair dryer in the room wasn't working and was immediately replaced. The hotel is ideally situated - within easy reach of Nice airport,minutes away from picturesque mountain villages and just about15 minutes by car from the beach at Cagnes. The views of the mountains from our balcony were fantastic, .The room was a good size and very clean with a really comfortable bed! You do need a car to get around though. |

The flexibility of the hotel and small kitchen area within room. The hotel was very friendly and peaceful making it a relaxing experience. Would have been good to have more information in our room regarding facilities in all languages to cater for all guests especially as the staff could only speak one language. |

New owners (who spoke English) were friendly and very helpful, The croissants were fresh and the rooms very clean. Lovely views The swimming pool was owned/managed by a nearby restaurant and could only be accessed from 2pm - 6pm |

Beautiful surroundings, lovely swimming pool and facilities were excellent value for money. A good location if you have car. If you don't have a car and are visiting Nice the location is too far from the city. |
