The location on the other side of Mont Blanc. The outside swimming pool that is very pleasant especially in hot days. The possibility to have breakfast and dinner in the restaurant next to the hotel - fantastic buffet system with regional delicacies. The only thing - the road just in front of the hotel, then another road and a highway in the direction to Geneve. If people prefer to sleep in a quiet place then they have to book a room on the other side of the building with a view to the Mont Blanc.

Fresh baked breakfast croissants & bread. View at the back of the hotel towards the glacier. Room including patio furniture was shabby and old - not the best value for money.

The staff were super friendlly and helpful. The location was convenient with bus stops a few minutes walk away. The indoor swimming pool was an added bonus and a great way to relax after a hard day on the slopes.

The Hotel is a little dated, however the service and Friendlyness of the staff more than compensates for this. Breakfast is continental and ok, evening Buffet meal was excellent. Pool and Sauna were an excellent way to relax at the end of the day. Transport to the lift was always available and ran to time

The position was brilliant, a short trip either by bus, car or hotel mini bus to the slopes, which there was a choice of three. The staff were wonderful, very helpful and friendly. The appartment was really good, had everything we needed and very comfortable. The lounge bar was very relaxing, drinks not too expensive and had internet for my 3 facebook fans! Car park underground, a lovely balcony and fantastic views. A ski hire shop over the road, 'skiperf' newly openend, had excellent rates and only charged me one day for my daughter due to problems with knees, even though we had the equipment for three. Had breakfast delivered to room each day, fantastic. Would definitley recommend and go back to the same place. Overall, 10 out of 10.

View, location and swimming pool. During our short stay there were extremes of service. The hotel became very busy with coach parties creating conjestion at the buffet meals. When there were no coach parties, the restaurant was closed at very short notice as there were few residents and there were no other open restaurants open within easy walking distance.

Excellent location, impressive view of the Alps behind the hotel. Very close to Chamonix - you can go by bus (free transport cards for hotel guests) if you want to leave the car in the hotel parking, which is free of charge.

Friendly staff; and it was unusual to have a choice of swimming pools. The view from the room was magnificent, and the area was quiet at night. The breakfast was perfectly adequate. The dining room has a rather scruffy look. At breakfast some of the table cloths were dirty and looked as if they had not been changed since the night before.

although the hotel probably needs some renovation, it is a quite nice place to stay. Large restaurant and bar, parking lot. The rooms are not very large, but the view to the Mont Blanc is nice, and are quite ( only one side of the hotel though). Nice Breakfast, plenty of choice , good start of the day. The dinner ( buffet) is not good, I can not advise people to have diner there at night. ( plenty of choice, but quality is basic, not up to french restaurant standard). The sauna and swimming pool are not very clean and urgently need some renovation

Service was friendly, location great with on site parking, and had a lovely relaxing bar area with free wi-fi. Restaurant food was very good with a nice atmosphere. Had to go out of our way to attract the attention of staff to be served both in the bar and for our booked dinner in the restaurant. Room was booked as 'mountain view, but actually we were overlooking the car park/ road, though technically mountains can be seen in every direction!

I loved the mountainview from the garden, the hotel is ideally located right on the foot of the Mont Blanc. I liked the indoor and outdoor swimming pools. When it's working you will have a high speed wifi internet access from your room or from the lounge bar. I also appreciated the friendliness of the staff, always very helpfull and kind. The hotel is also close to a bus stop getting you directly to Chamonix in less than 15 minutes. A few good restaurants and one good supermarket from walking distance of the hotel. The confort of the bed and the pillows could be better, they are either too hard or too soft. The design and cleanliness of the rooms could be improved too.
