Hôtel Du Bois Champs-Elysées

Generally okay hotel with decent decor, but the night reception was hopeless. He didn't leave his desk or surfing of the internet and when faced with our 4 x bags, refused to help take them to the room (2nd floor, no lift).

the access is bad, there is no lift, i was on the second floor,

A nice, clean and well-located hotel. Very quiet and the was room not as small as one would expect in Paris. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would stay there again without hesitation.

Breakfast, although nice, is quite an expensive extra.

The staff was wonderful, very accomodating. The location was terrific being so close to shopping and historic sites.

The location was perfect easy to find and good for shopping

the room was small but very acceptable, thats about it really...

The room and bathroom were new and neat. It was a good value. I would recommend to someone on the basis that they know there are stairs only, no one to help you ect, if that's ok with you then it's a good value.

The hotel was in an alleyway, up stairs on either side, so that was just difficult with luggage and stairs on the inside 2 flights to our room - no one to help - with luggage and I had to have my exhausted child lug luggage up 2 flights of stairs at midnight - reception did not even get off phone call to acknowlege us, just handed us a key! If I had know there were only stairs and no lifts I would never have book this hotel.

A small and clean hotel whose location is very convenient , receptionists are very friendly and helpful.

Access to the hotel is not practical neither on foot nor by car. The staff other than the receptionist were not friendly. No bell boy or someone to help with our luggage. No elevators .

The staff was excellent ,very helpful, and friendly. The location is superb. The room was very attractive and comfortable. Is conveniently near two Metro stops. Is in an upscale quiet area just a few blocks from the Arc de Triumphe.

The hotel room , while it was modern, attractive, comfortable ,and updated is typically Parisian small in physical size.

the good taste of the furniture

although the room was perfectly clean and everything worked well it was very very small. don't take such a room with by ex. two big pieces of luggage. you can't put them anywhere.
