The Hotel was quirky - nice entrance & good welcome. We had reserved parking & that was easily accessed. The room itself was fairly basic, but the hotel was one of the few places where we could book a triple room at a reasonable price....in the center of Lyon. It is only 15 mins walk to Vieux Lyon & about 5-10 to Place Bellecour. |

I enjoyed walking out the door. Your hotel was not clean!! The room was filthy. The blanket was full of pubic hair. When I called down to reception to ask for a different room, I discovered the phone was filthy. Receptionist said the hotel was full (this was a lie). |

The location is very near the city center and public transport. The badroom and furniture were old, but clean. The beds were old and the blankets looked not clean. |

I liked when I left the hotel. I was disapointed by the services and the room. Breakfast was ok. The room smelt dust... Everything is so old... This is out of any actual standard. Try to avoid staying in this hotel. |

The only nice thing is the location and the bathroom in the room Heating could not be controled by us!!! We felt that the room was cold but the staff said "it's electronic control we cannot change it"! The staff was not willing to help, nor to speak in english! This is a general problem in France but when I go to a hotel I demand more languages than French. |

Its location and its cleanliness The desk staff were variable and often on the phone. The room staff were not available for requests such as a pillow -there was not one! Also the rooms could be noisy. Mine was on a busy street and others had very noisy neighbours. My feeling was that it was efficient and minimally staffed. Also the computer booking form is too rigid. I wanted a single room but was given a doulble room for one. There was no space on the computer form for non standard booking requests. For my six days I probably paid an extra 150 Euros. |

Staff were friendly but the hotel was not in a great location, quite a walk to the nearest metro, but the tram stop was nearby. The room was not that comfortable (especially the bed). Not many restaurants or cafes nearby. |

its location, in the heart of the Real Lyon. I ws given a room with no airconditioning, and next to the lift, which could be heard closing and opening,( I feel I was given this standard of room because I was paying a very competive price!! )and therefore I had to have my window open and there was constant street noise, also the Window was very dangerous, there was no safety bar across the opening and could result in someone falling to his or her death. This must be a breach of health and safety regs.it seemed that these were newly fitted windows.I would stay at the Hotel in future, provided these issues were dealt with. |

Accelibility of hotel was good. In reception, when I arrived he was talking on the phone. He talked talked talked for 20 mins without saying any excuse. I was nothing to do with it but it was really annoying. When I l payed, the worker returned me the credit card with doing a yawn. I didn't get any sense of services. |

Convenient location relative to stations small restaurants, and city centre. Rooms and public areas clean and neat, and good breakfast service. En-suite dated but clean and functional. Priced well for central area of a large city. |

Although not exactly in the city center, it is close enough to the Tram lines and Metro. The Wireless Network billing system is not well explained. You can buy a 24 or "3 days". But they don't explain how the control is done. It is contolled by the time you're actually connected. |
