The location was terrific, and Bayeux is lovely.

Bathroom was very badly designed, room a bit tired, in house restaurant a bit dowdy and over priced.

No lift for upstairs room. Food and food service were poor. Toilet leaked and dripped all night. Bathroom is tiny.

The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. The location to everything in town was good as it was right in the center of it all.

The hotel is in need of a major update. Everything is old and outdated. The bed was worn out years ago. When we first walked in the room it smelled like it had been closed up for years. The entire stay we had to keep the windows open even though it was cold outside. There is no refrigerator in the room. The bathroom was very nice, but the toilet smelled really bad and I'm not sure if it was ever cleaned as it was stained pretty bad. We didn't eat in the dining area downstairs although we were told the food was excellent, I couldn't get passed the smell of the place.

Good situation in a nice town, and easy to find. The hotel had character and felt very nice.

The breakfast at E12 is poor value. I also didn't like paying E9 per night to park. They should look into both matters.

This hotel is appalling in every respect. The booking was for an air conditioned suite, we received a dark dingy single room, with no aircon.The decor, very 1980's, dark blue with gold fittings is what I imagine a Hong Kong brothel must be like, the marble bathroom was even worse. The prices however are bang up to date. 168 euros inc. breakfast and parking, for a second rate, nominally 3 star hotel. Items that did not work were TV, phone, radio, spa bath,shower riser, There were no coffee or tea facilities and no fridge for cold drinks, no laundry bag, and no toiletries, only dispensers of indeterminate liquid.No one serving in the bar,and reception refused any refund. DISGUSTING!

Location was very good, Bayeux is a lovely town and the hotel was very central, plus there was parking available there (for €9 per day). The room was quaint, with plenty of space for the three of us, with comfortable beds.

Breakfast was disappointing, self service, limited choice, had to go searching for staff to get hot water for tea. At €12 it was not good value, much better value in town.

Without a/c we could not open the room window;staff said they would come and fix it but they didn'T. Service at the bar was nonexistent.

The room was fairly good size, bed was comfortable. Staff was always pleasant and helpful. Good breakfast but you have pay for it.

The staff was helpful. They spoke English which was a plus. The location was good.

The hotel rooms seemed a little tired looking. The reception area and restuarant did not. You have to remember that you are in a town in France that is hundreds on years old!

The hotel was comfortable with one exception- a very important one- the bed was WORN OUT! The hotel was in a wonderful location in town, the staff polite and efficient, the room a decent size (European standards) and the parking close by.

The beds need to be replaced- ours had such a dip in the middle that it was hard not to roll into the middle of the bed. A nice addition would be a hot pot or kettle in the room.

Comme tout ne peut être négatif...., L'emplacement de l'hotel est idéal, Accès, commerces du centre ville à proximité,

Nous sommes très deçu de notre sejour dans cet hotel qui ne mérite pas du tout ces 3 étoiles loin de là. Insonorisation de notre suite ridicule, réveil à 6h avec les véhicules de livraison qui passent sous les fenêtres au simple vitrages. Literie en mauvais état avec des dessus de lit qui partent en morceaux. Propreté de la suite lamentable, il y avait à notre arrivé un petit morceau de barre chocolaté sur le bord de la fenêtre qui s'y trouvai toujours à notre départ. Impossible d'ouvrir les fenêtres à cause d'une piscine naturel sur la terrasse du rdc qui était infestée de moustiques et de pigeon mort. La salle de bain avec seulement une baignoire et sans parroie de douche. Le décor de la suite tout en bleu nuit y compris le plafond (lugubre) et sans éclairage suffisant. Le restaurant banal sans surprise. Le petit déjeuné médiocre pour 12€ quand même. La serveuse qui doit sourrire lorsqu'elle se brûle et la musique de fond digne d'une boite de nuit. Si vous désirez passer un moment dans cet hotel, chercher bien ailleur et passer votre chemin.

Bra traditionell atmosfär med korrekt komfort, mycket bra beläget i cen- trala Bayeux men ändock lugnt. Restauranten en aning formell men med en bra och prisvärd 3-rätters menu. Trevligt bemötande.

Lamporna ovanför sängarna gav inte tillräckligt ljus för att läsa.
