The Hotel was clean and neat and was fairly convenient for the large stores and many of the main attractions. It was also warm and cozy during some very inclement weather conditions. I found the hotel very over priced and felt that it did not represent good value for money. The rooms were also very small and actually quite basic.

The hotel was in an excellent location and staff were friendly. There were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. The double bed was in fact two single beds pushed together.

I liked that everything felt new - the rooms newly decorated, the shower. but most of all, the bed was so comfortable. i slept really well which is rare for me in a hotel. we will be back to this hotel. we would have preferred to have a suite with one separate room for the baby. since they don't have such a room, we had to take two rooms, along with a nanny. a connecting door would have solved the problem for us.

I liked leaving it. There are no drawers in the room for such things as socks, underwear etc. Thare no in-room tea / coffee making facilities. I paid for three nights but they would only give me an invoice for two nights.

The room was small but very well appointed. The bed was the most comfortable I have slept in and the linen lovely and fresh and crisp. Also a great shower. Breakfast was superb - beautifully presented, very fresh and healthy. Nice to have coffee brought to the table. Overall, it was an excellent place to stay and I when I next visit Paris I will definitely stay at this hote.

Really a very nice hotel, all is new, clean and cozy, organic breakfast with a good selection of cold and hot food, very comfortable bed, some free drinks in mini bar, friendly staff. The location is perfect - in the middle of everything but in the calm street. The room is tiny though it's typical for Paris. The stairs up to my room from the elevator is incredible inconvenient and even dangerous when you move with baggage.

The comfort in The rooms, eventhough they are small, the quality of the products is excellent and breakfast very good , Bio and good quantity. The kindness and professionalism of the staff, special regards to Mirella, the receptionist at the desk during the week- end.

The location is one step from shopping area, place Madeleine and place Concord. Very soft bed. Very bad service. Very unfriendly stuff. Extremely narrow corridors, room like a train compartment. I would never stay in this hotel again. The block the money first and then they charge once again.

Lovely hotel near Madeleine. Short walking distance to many sites and shops. Concierge very friendly, helpful and tries hard. The only complaint I have is that the free wifi only applies to 1 device per room, so if you use it for iPhone, you can't use it for laptop.

The staff was the best we've ever experienced and the hotel is lovely and tastefully appointed. We will stay here again on our next trip to Paris! We loved the place! The room we had on the 5th floor had a sloping ceiling and I kept banging my head when I was at the desk doing work from my computer. My wife said she thought that the numerous hits to my head made me more intelligent and interesting! Got to love them optimistic wives!

Close to metro station. Bed was amazingly cozy after roaming around Paris all day. Air conditioning was a definite plus too. It was hard to find food close to the hotel. It seemed as of none of the local eateries were open on sat/sun.
