The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the room and facilities were adequate. The 24-hour staffing meant we could arrive late in the evening without any problem. We stayed for 4 nights and then later for 2 nights. Both showers were a nightmare - indeed, quite dangerous at times, alternating between incredibly hot water and cold water without any relation to the temperature setting chosen. The second room we had didn't have a mirror outside the bathroom, where it got steamy from the too hot water from the shower, but there was plenty of wall space were one could be put. |

The concierges at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful. Excellent location near the train station and old center of town and lake if you do not have a car. |

Closeness to the central station The elevator was not working and seemingly for a while which makes accesss to the upper floors very unconveniet especially if you have lots of luggage like we did! |

Very centrally located in the centre of Annecy close to shops, restaurants, the bus/train station and the lake. Clean but a bit rough around the edges, rooms are very small for families. |

The staff of dinning room has racial discrimination! If anyone chose this hotel, we suggest that do NOT eat breakfast there. There are a "MONOPRIX" near the hotel!! "旅館附設餐廳的職員有種族歧視. 旁邊就有Monoprix,不必去花錢受氣" |

The location is great, the room was clean, the staff friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was also quite abundant (including cold meats, cereal, breads and cheeses) though I was told I could only have one glass of juice and as far as I could see, I was the only guest told that at breakfast. For the price we paid, the room was quite small. We did receive a budget price for the room, but 50 euro would have been much more reasonable for the size and comfort of the room. The ceiling was so low above the desk that you would hit your head when you stood up. The rate of 118 for two nights would have been reasonable is the room had been larger. |

Hotel is located close to the center of Annecy and also close to the train/bus station. Nice facility; clean air conditioned room, friendly and attentive staff. Overall, very good value for the money. |

The room was larger than we expected (we booked a family room). There was one double bed and two single beds (each of our boys enjoyed having their own bed). There was a desk, and free access to wireless internet (my older son appreciated being able to use his i-pod to access his e-mail messages). The bathroom was a good size. The room was clean. The hotel was only a 5 minute walk from the train station and very easy to find. It was located in a good area of the city - close to a pedestrian street, lots of cafes/restaurants, shopping nearby. It was a 5 minute walk to the lake and the old part of the city. Annecy is truly a beautiful city. We were so glad that we chose to visit Annecy - only stayed two nights - wish that we had stayed longer! The hotel was very quiet. Our room was located across the hall from the breakfast room and we did not even hear people in the morning. We all slept very well at this hotel. I have nothing negative to comment - I would certainly recommend this hotel. We found all of the staff to be very friendly and helpful. |

easily accessible to the city by road. Nice and clean. Staff fairly friendly. Close enough to city to walk around. No parking for cars. Have to use nearby public carpark or just the street. |

Staff very helpful, we were in a room for three and there was enough room for the beds. Appreciated the air conditioning. The toilet in our room was very small. |

Very good hotel! Very clean, organized, helpful english speaking staff, good location (350m from the train station and 2 blocks from downtown), excelent breakfast!! The bathroom was working, the shower was very good. The 3 ppl room is quite big, and the 2 ppl room is not big but is not very small thou. I'm 100% satisfied and reccomend it. The hotel reception and the front of the building could look nicer |

Friendly staff. Good location. Nice breakfast room. They sold the room as a "family room". I was traveling with my sons and we were packed into the room like sardines. We could barely get into the bathroom. There were broken tiles in the bathroom and the bath tub did not drain properly. |

The Hôtel des Alpes welcomes you in a refined country atmosphere, a 15-minute walk from Lake Annecy and within a stone's throw of the train station, old city and shops. |
Conveniently located in Annecy’s city centre, within easy walking distance of the old town and Lake Annecy, this hotel blends typical Savoyard architecture with refined and stylishly designed... |
A warm and friendly welcome, clean and comfortable accommodation and an amazing central location is what to expect from the Alexandra Hotel. |
Nearby Lake Annecy, the Hôtel des Marquisats features a spectacular view on the lake and the Alps. |
