Very friendly staff, the man that welcomed us spoke very good English and helped us find parking that was free overnight. Breakfast was very good. Great location and Annecy was spectacular, one of the most picturesque places I have seen! Room is very basic but very adequate and clean.

Everything was great in this hotel: the staff, the breakfast, the parking (you pick up a discount with the staff), the location, the cleanliness and the price. The lift is very small, but, in fact, it was not a problem.

Staff were friendly and helpful. That meant a lot to us. We felt safe in area and shopping and nice eating options were close. Very handy to train station. Wonderful view out our window of period homes. We wished we had scheduled more time here and in Annecy No room safe. Bed was uncomfortable

I was surprised at how good the hotel was for the price I paid. Its location couldn't be better, very near the train station and the city center. The room was very clean and comfortable.

The best petite dejeuner of our entire 2 week trip to France- the coffee alone is worth the price of breakfast. Hotel staff were helpful (save for one desk employee) and kind. The bathroom was large. The hotel is on a busy street. Parking was in a city lot nearby.

Room was a resonable size, clean and comfortable. Location is very good- easy walking distance to railway station (gare), town centre and lake (which offers spectacular views of alps). Staff were very friendly and helpful- spoke good English. Breakfast offered reasonable choice of food in a nice setting. There was no bar fridge.

The staff were helpful, interested in us, easy to talk to about places to visit etc. The hotel was situated in a convenient street, not noisy, close to shops and restaurants. We felt it suited our needs well.

The absolute friendly helpfulness of the staff - I could not have picked a better place to stay while in Annecy. My friend and I both are perfectionists, and we were very impressed by the way the in which the room was cleaned every day. And thanks for providing a kettle - we both are coffee-holics, and thus were able to enjoy our early morning and late night mug. We'll most certainly tell our friends!
