Location of the Hotel very close to the old city, Bus and Railway stations.

Too small reception area

Cleanliness and location. Very quiet at night.

The Hotel was clean, staff were friendly, good value breakfast. Close to the train station .

It is very well located, being close to the train station and also to the city center where you can find the main city attractions. The bedroom is not that big but can accomodate well a couple with average luggages.

Small point -- very small elevator.

Clean, comfortable and in the centre of the town.

Nothing I could find to dislike

Seconds from where you want to start walking the old section. You can pull up to the front of the hotel, unload your things, check in etc, then move your car to the public garage around the corner. When checking out the hotel will give you a card to put into the parking lot machine so you get free overnight parking. The hotel front desk staff where very nice and 2 out of 3 of them spoke english. We did not eat the breakfast there. We did ask for an electric water pot to make some tea and they provided one. The family room was good size and the bathroom was adaquit size. There is a built in hair dryier unit and this unit also provides a 2 prong 110v outlet. Others have mentioned the shower curtain. I alway travel with 10 feet of shoe lace size string, so was able to tie the curtain in such a way that gave me plenty of elbow room. For a 2 star hotel this was pretty good and, depending on price, would go there again.

Location was really good. The hotel stuff was really helpfull and friendly.

Great staff and location, very central

Car parking was a nightmare - only public parking. We arrived on a Saturday afternoon and the combination of congestion and queuing to get into the car park was a killer!

Location : very central close to shops, lake, old town etc helpful and friendly staff, fair breakfast, free night parking closeby (although the parking card provided by hotel did not work, hotel did kindly compensated by offering one breakfast), kids (5 years old) dont pay breakfast

Extremely small rooms, breakfast excluded from fare, triple room not bigger than double rooms, although location id great its too expensive for what it offers, day parking expensive (about 15 euros/day) but free parking 20minutes walking distance

The hotel was situated within easy walking disance of Annecy centre and the arrangement with the nearby secure car park which gave free parking overnight was very helpful.

Everything in the hotel -the bedroom , the breakfast room and even the lift was on a small scale. We did feel very cramped throughout our stay - a view shared by the French guests who are perhaps more used to French hotels.

Great location in the main street, short walk to the train station. Friendly welcoming staff, comfortable rooms, lovely breakfast room with generous continental breakfast offering.

The bed was extremely comfortable, with nice linens. The location is superb. The staff were so helpful in providing information and making suggestions on how best to maximize our time there. The breakfast for 8 euros was terrific! All in all, a good value.

The room was a little small, but we made it work. Don't bring much luggage as the elevator is very small.

Very friendly staff who spoke english & were very helpfull. Good breakfast & a short walk to everything.

It was close to the old city. There were many restaurants and shops close by. The bathroom was huge and so clean. The bed was comfortable. Parking was nearby.

The room was a little crowded, but well decorated.

The location is excellent and the staff is really nice and helpfull. The room was clean and really silent which was nice as it was located on the street side.

I thought it was a little bit expensive for this type of room but that's general for Annecy during the summer and has nothing to do with the hotel itself. But as we spent most of our time outside, it was all ok!

From checkin to checkout the staff were so friendly & accomodating, . Annecy was a Fabulous town, had great restaurants and pubs, food & drinks reasonable rates..Would stay there again!..thank you...

The city of Annecy is quaint and lovely to visit. The hotel was easy to find from the train station and the breakfasts were wonderful.

Location really near the center of Annecy for a very good price. The hotel is small with friendly and efficient staff.

Its location is really near the main streets of Annecy, therefore you have some noise during the night due to people in the street.

Clean and fresh room. There is free Wi fi. Value for money - the quality is quite good. To the station 10 minutes walk. To attractions - 10 minutes.

Very friendly staff, the man that welcomed us spoke very good English and helped us find parking that was free overnight. Breakfast was very good. Great location and Annecy was spectacular, one of the most picturesque places I have seen!
