Hôtel du Parc is located on the hills of Villeneuve-Loubet between Nice and Cannes, and just 1.5 miles from the sea. It offers free parking and free Wi-Fi. Renovated in 2010, all rooms are comfortable and fully equipped with air conditioning, telephone, private bathroom and TV with English channels. You can choose to enjoy your breakfast in your room, in the breakfast room or on the terrace overlooking the river. The hotel manager/owner is very friendly providing quality services. The surrounding is pleasant with feeling of highly secured. The parking lot is convenient. It is easy reaching from nearby highway and not far away from neighbouring scenic spots, community facilities and shopping area. The hotel is value for money and highly recommended.

Cedric the landlord of this small, rustic hotel was exceptionally friendly and helpful, made us feel very much at home, treated us more like friends than customers. Good food available (lunch, dinner) at reasonable prices. Hotel in prime location for exploring the region, and not far from the beach. Free on-site parking and even more free parking in the public car park beside the hotel (something you don't get in the more popular towns). Free & very good wi-fi connection. Overall very good value for money given the region is generally quite expensive. Being so close to the main road was sometimes a bit noisy, but didn't keep us awake at night. Breakfast could be a bit more varied.

Very basic, budget hotel, which we booked for one night because it is very close to the airport in Nice. This is a no frills establishment, but it does have wifi in the rooms. Rooms are tiny, and not the type of room one hangs out in. Close to Vence or St. Paul for a dinner out, and a short drive to the airport.

The hotel is an older building that is next to a river. The rooms are basic but clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. This was a stop over for us so did not explore much in the way of city attractions. The hotel has a restaurant that had excellent food. Breakfast was also very good.

The owners of the Hotel were so friendly & welcoming. It is in a very old and pretty provencal village with a lovely river super views up to the old town. The small hotel is clean and the rooms are basic but comfortable. A hotel for touring. The table d'hotel was outstanding and the prices were very reasonable for the South of France.Not only would I recommend this as a must stay due to the good value.but my wfie & I are going back next year for a fortnight.

The location was very good, the staff were helpful, and the breakfast more rhan sufficient; overall it was good value for the area. It made a good base for visiting the region. The bedroom decor was drab and sparse and created a poor first impression.

The staff was excellent and very accomodating! We never officially checked in. They just handed us the key and took good care of us the entire time. The restaurant owned by the hotel is convenient and good. The restaurant was frequented by many people who weren't staying at the hotel. The hotel has a nice riverside location. They had free secure wireless internet and parking. The hotel was a short drive to a public beach and not far from Nice. It was also very close to Saint Paul de Vence. The driveway entry is a very tight right-hand turn. It was easier to turn around, come back and make a left turn. If you don't want to brave the turn, you can access public parking on the river right next to the hotel.

Front desk clerk was waiting outside to meet us as we drove up. We didn't even need to get out of the car. Baby crib was already set up in room, and staff was super friendly and accomodating. Great location for walking around the local area. Nice facilities. Cute and quaint

Bon accueil, venu en famille à 2 motos, , la chambre confortable (2 adultes+2 enfants), salle de bain petite mais fonctionnelle. Petit déj buffet complet. Si besoin on y retournera. L' accés au parking un peu dangereux, pour les motos, virage en descente, un peu limite.
