All was very new and clean. The service was perfect and very friendly. Actually are some constructions in the hotel but it does not really disturbing because of starting 9:30! |

The surrounding area was nice and the metro connections were good The water was shut off all afternoon, the beds were uncomfortable, and check in times were inflexible. For the price this was unreasonable. |

Cleanliness of the room (it was newly refurbished!), design of the room, great location of the hotel, roomy bathroom - overall excellent budget coice for city trips, for young people - above average for a Paris 2* hotel!! Blanket and sheets looked cheap (a little improvent would do a big improvement for guests!), small room in itself - but that it is to be expected in every hotel in Pars, staff not so friendly maybe, but polite - overall ok. |

in general, it's good, but there is even no some hot water available. I think it needs to get some improvement. (however, maybe it's normal everywhere in EU) |

It was located near some great restaurants and very close to subway stops. The convenience of that was great! The hotel was extremely hard to find. Be prepared to carry luggage up stairs. We were very upset that there was no heat in the hotel. It was fine at night when you were in bed, but during the day if we wanted to do some computer work, it was freezing. It comes on next week, great! We asked for our breakfast to be comped one day, the guy didn't speak enough English to help us. That was frustrating. |

The location was good, easy link to the metro and surrounded by good eating places. Charging €6 for a simple breakfast of bread and tea/orange. The lack of tea / coffee / water facilities in the room. Charging €2 per fifteen minutes on the internet. |

Modern, recently redecorated room. Hotel located at a small, quired square, very close to bars, theatres and the metro. Minor: where o where to lay down your shampoo and soap while having a shower?! |

The room was clean and the bed comfortable. We paid for what we got and were generally happy with everything. Breakfast was horrible and it is a better idea to avoid it, the hotel is undergoing refurbishment so it was very noisy (even though I assume that when finished it will be quiet). The bathroom does not have anything else except soap, no shower gel or shampoo even though again, I do not see this as a huge problem. |

The location is good. It's easily accessable from Orly Airport. The hotel is also near metro station and railwaystation. Several cafés and shops are situated near the hotel. I will remark that the sanitary room seems rather small. |
