Hôtel Du Parc  

The facility was clean and the staff was courteous. The hotel was reasonably priced. It was conveniently located near metro and train stations, as well as a great variety of restaurants. A supermarket was very close, too.

Unlike most hotels in North America, the rooms did not have a fridge or microwave.

It was exactly as described in the reviews. Quite nice and clean, our room was bigger than usual, by Parisian standards. It was very well located to the Montparnasse station, where after a couple of days, we left for the Basque country of San Sebastian. It's within walking distance to everything and had some wonderful meals in the local area. Next visit to Paris, would not hesitate to stay there again.

The room and bathroom was comfortable and nice.

The personnel were not very help. Also, there wasn't a lift (elevator) from the street level.

The hotel is small, but has a modern interior and is bright and clean. The room we were staying in was small but perfectly adequate for two people. It had a bright, spacious bathroom that was almost as large as the room itself. For a city break, it is ideal - we were only in the hotel to sleep. The breakfast is good value for money as well. The staff were very helpful; they allowed us to store our bags before and after check in / out and helped resolve a problem we had with our room (see comments below). I'd recommend this hotel.

Great location and easy to get around Paris from here as a home base. People were friendly and helpful.

Rien. Très mauvais accueil. J'ai réservé une double. Une twin m'est attribué sans possiblité de changer. Je deconseille fortement cet hôtel pas du tout à la hauteur. Cet hôtel est largement surnoté sur le site booking.com.

Accueil déplorable, personnel dépassé, déco du lobby tape à l'œil, ascenseur exigu, chambre minuscule, un porte bagage et apposé sur un mur (on se demande comment et ou le déplier...), salle de bain vieillotte et très moyennement propre, tuyau de douche et bain à remplacer, drap de bain très moyen, linge de la literie : vielles couvertures, une clim poussive et bruyante. Bref adresse a eviter. Il y a beaucoup mieux pas tres loin et moins cher !

Froid... beaucoup d'escaliers... La télé qui fonctionnait mal...produits de salle de bain pas top.
